Pros:

Sehr komfortables Aparthotel in hervorragender Lage direkt an der Ahr. Der Gastgeber ist ausgesprochen freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit. Tee, Kaffee und kleine Snacks werden ebenfalls angeboten, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht.

Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber und bot einen schönen Blick auf die Ahr. Es war mit einer kleinen Teeküche ausgestattet, in der wirklich an alles gedacht wurde. Selbst Details wie Küchentücher, Spülmittel und weitere praktische Utensilien waren vorhanden. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an willkommen und gut aufgehoben.

Cons:

Da die Stadt nach der schweren Flutkatastrophe von 2021 noch immer nicht ausreichend finanziell unterstützt wurde, finden sowohl direkt vor dem Hotel als auch in der Innenstadt weiterhin umfangreiche Reparatur- und Wiederaufbauarbeiten statt. Dadurch kann die Anfahrt teilweise etwas erschwert sein. Zudem ist insbesondere in den Morgenstunden mit Baustellenlärm zu rechnen. Dies ist jedoch dem laufenden Wiederaufbau geschuldet und liegt außerhalb des Einflussbereichs des Hotels.

Pros:

Die Kommunikation vorab war sehr gut, die Lage war auch prima. Das Zimmer hatte einen Balkon und war mit Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher ausgestattet.

Cons:

Eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat uns gefehlt, es war sehr warm im Zimmer.

Sehr netter Empfang durch den Besitzer/ Gastgeber. Man merkt, dass dieses Haus mit Leidenschaft geführt wird.
Schneller und unkomplizierter Check in und Check-Out (Schlüsselbox). Die Lage ist natürlich top, alles innerhalb von 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend groß, das Bad ist ebenfalls schön groß. Für alle,die Infos benötigen liegen die Infos für die gesamte Region in Fülle auf dem Zimmer aus. Zu dem gibt's die Gästeinfo per QR Code.
Schnelles W-Lan, ausreichend Steckdosen. 1l Wasser sowie Tee und Kaffee sind inklusive.

Cons:

Alles sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Kaffemaschine, Tee, und Kühlschrank . Habe schon für den nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht. Das einzige was etwas gestört hat waren die Matratzen. Die harte Naht am Rand hat mich etwas gestört. Sonst alles perfekt
