Comfortable stay with all basic amenities provided in perfect condition. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job, and the staff at the reception was courteous and helpful throughout. The room had a lovely city view and everything was neat and tidy
There was nothing to like about.
The hotel owner called me one day after I booked through your website and asked 1/3 rd of the room rent to be paid for confirming the booking. I paid that to be sure that the booking is indeed confirmed.
I had booked for 2 Adults and 1 child (17). But when we reached the hotel, the reception said it was booked for two adults only and charged me extra.
So there is serious honesty issue here.
We ordered for food. It was highly spicy and expensive.
Very unhygienic place with dirty toilets and room. Insects running here and there in the room had to cancel the stay and move to another hotel, nothing like shown in the pictures. Horrible place
Nothing just the location.
The hotel was dirty and smelled bad, I paid advance amount because the pictures were looking good however when I visited the hotel it was more like a dirty lodge. I had to book another hotel as I cannot stay in such a ridiculous place. This wasted my time and my plans were impacted, I'll ensure that I am booking my hotels from a good website rather than this!!
