Not at all a happy experience
Cons:

There was awful smell of sewage in the apartment. The key wouldn’t work to let us in and we waited 2 hours for a member of staff to come help us get in.

A fab place to stay and well located with friendly and helpful staff. Thank you.
Pros:

Loved this place and will definitely stay again. Perfectly located with friendly staff. Nicely decorated with everything we could have needed. Also I loved that you could phone and speak to an actual person if needed. Super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Just a small thing. We had a slight problem with the key code to the building when we got back later. However, we had received a duplicate email addressed to someone else and we had their code so it worked out fine. Getting in to the room was ok though.

Great location, value, staff and facilities!
Pros:

The location is great for nights out in Liverpool, but still quiet enough to sleep afterwards! The apartment was clean - apart from an abandoned pizza in a box on the sofa - but we're not nesh, so we just binned it and carried on. There was a kerfuffle with the keypad codes both for us and another party, but the mega-efficient James un-kerfuffled it in minutes...thanks James. The apartment had everything we needed and we will remember this place for future nights out in the city.

Cons:

As mentioned, the faulty keypad code and second-hand pizza didn't get us off to a great start, but they were easily solved, so we didn't let them spoil our fun!

Lovely little place with just about everything needed

Cons:

It was a hot few days but there was not much ventilation & couldn’t open the windows wider. Could do with a mirror in the bedroom, even a smallish one

Great stay, friendly staff.
Pros:

Location was very good, close to all the relevant amenities (shops, restaurants, etc), and good access to transportation.

Cons:

Checking in was a little bit lengthy - information on deposits could be provided in advance. Lack of facility to keep luggage pending departure.

Pros:

Good location, tidy apartment. Close enough to town within walking distance

Cons:

Cleaning could do with a bit more effort. Hairs under the bed, behind cabinet ( when moved to access plug) otherwise I’d definitely stay again!

Great location, good communication with staff. But needs maintenance and deep cleaning.
Pros:

Great location, close to city centre and attractions.

Cons:

The apartment was in need of a lot of maintenance. Exposed screws where door stop should be, pull out sofa bed unstable, wardrobe not opening properly. Mould in shower and rails loose.
