Perfect rest and reset for me with everything I needed in a gorgeously presented apartment.
Pros:

I liked the easiness and convenience of getting into the property and that the room was a good setup and yoh had everything you needed

Cons:

The only thing that put me off was that the cleaners had been using old mops to clean the communal areas so the corridor and lift smelt of dirty damp water

Pros:

Location was fab, shop next door was open 24hrs..so dead handy. Plenty of space for everyone. (7 peolple) Clean and tidy. And lovely and modern. Comfortable beds. Lots of amenities near by and easy accessed.

Cons:

Everything needed was there apart from a hairdryer even though it was stated there was one available at the apartment. But we made do without. There were no mirrors in any of the bedrooms or hall. Only in the 2 bathrooms. Which, when there are 7 people trying to get ready for an event is not easy. We had my sons graduation.

The shower plug hole must have been blocked in one of the showers, as the shower tray filled up and over flowed slightly. So the floor was soaking, as its just a shower screen and not a shower door. Why do people not put doors on showers. Makes no sense as the place ends up soaking regardless of a blocked plug hole.

But over all apart from these little things it was a great experience and location. Would defs stay again.

It was money well spend.
Pros:

Spacious, staff were very quick on the reception desk.

Cons:

No cleaning facilities (mop) in the apartment. The place was too hot can’t sleep in summary no functional air conditioning.

Exceptional customer service and great apartment!
Pros:

Such a modern apartment and very well equipped. We had a few issues but that was quickly resolved by the staff there. Definitely will recommend this apartment to anyone and will book again if I visit Liverpool again.

Nothing much.

Excellent location, great for families. Will defo return.
Pros:

Brilliant location. Very central to everything you need in Liverpool. Spacious and great for large families.

Cons:

Unfortunately one of our bathrooms had not been cleaned upon arrival. However staff did come in to clean it after I had emailed them.

Absolutely everything about the apartment was fantastic (apart from the toilet flush)!
Pros:

Extremely spacious, comfortable beds, value for money, excellent, central location, clean.

Cons:

Toilet did not flush but I used a kettle of water to flush! Only staying the one night so didn’t bother phoning to tell them. 3 o’clock check in is a little on the late side.

Unsatisfactory and poor value for money

No card in deposit box..had to call but no answer.. luckily a staff member came by after 10mins and eventually let me in..not their fault. No batteries in tv remote, decor used and shabby, hair in bed, sofa a disgrace..stained and falling apart

Uncomfortable. Location is good. Ok for 1 night. Just a couple as is impossible to use the sofa bed.
Pros:

Location is the best thing about this property.
The kitchen was enough for a breakfast and to keep some drinks in the fridge.

Cons:

Very uncomfortable. I would not spend more then one night there. The mattress in the bedroom was way to soft, I felt like I was sinking the whole night.
We were in 3 but the sofa bed was impossible to use. It was broke. The bathroom needs maintenance. The windows don’t open.

Happy overall, great place
Pros:

Very sleek and modern looking. Very easy to 'check in'. We really like the layout and a lot of the facilities and how the apartment was.

Cons:

I thought it was an actual apartment, but it was more like apartment rooms in a hotel setting along a corridor.
The lobby bits and corridors were very dark with dark painting which was not ideal for a visual impaired guest.
We found a crisp packet behind the sofa bed, which was a bit ripped in places, showing it wasn't cleaned behind there.
