Las camas eran cómodas. La ubicación estaba bien, a 30 min andando del centro. La habitación tenía un balconcito. No se escuchaba ningun ruido y pudimos dormir bien.

Cons:

Al llegar al hotel el primer dia habia pelos acumulados en la ducha y por tanto se quedaba atascada el agua y me pareció muy poco higienico. El vater tampoco estaba muy limpio.

My stay at this hotel in Rome was extremely distressing and I would not recommend it.

First, the condition of the room was unacceptable. For two days there was no hot water. The bathroom drainage was blocked, and the bathroom walls had visible dirt and buildup. Overall the room did not appear properly cleaned and the sanitary conditions were poor.

The most serious issue was that valuables went missing from my room during my stay. These items included a Bulova gold chronograph watch with diamonds and Sony earphones that I had left in the room. When I discovered the items were gone, I reported the situation and later filed an official police report regarding the missing property.

This incident made me feel extremely unsafe as a guest. Losing personal valuables during a hotel stay is a very serious matter, and I did not receive any meaningful follow-up or explanation.

I also contacted Booking.com about the situation. I was informed they were unable to reach an agreement with the hotel and the only compensation offered was €24.50, which does not reflect the seriousness of the situation or the value of the missing items.

Travelers should be aware and take precautions with their belongings. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

La chambre était très confortable, il y avais même un mini frigo à disposition. La localisation est parfaite, à proximité de tous les centres d’intérêt de Rome. Les restaurants dans la rue de l’hôtel sont très abordable, le rapport qualité prix est excellent.
Le personnel de l’hôtel a était très gentil et serviable, ils ont étaient présent et a l’écoute de toutes nos demandes.
Je recommande fortement, nous avons passer un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel.
Si nous revenons à Rome il est évident que nous réserverons dans cet hôtel.
