The property is beautiful, well maintained with some fantastic staff
I didn’t like the fact that they were requesting for a 30% deposit to confirm the booking although as per booking.com, it was a no-pay booking until 5 days before the stay.
Good hotel, in a slightly secluded area of Kaziranga. However, maintained well and room was big and facilities were also nice. Food in the restaurant was also pretty good.
Staff can be slightly more trained to interact with guests. There was a small issue with payments initially though sorted out. Overall, no major concerns and it was a good stay. Hotel is slightly secluded and the roads leading upto it was dimly lit.
Nice, clean, and spacious rooms. The manager and staff were very responsive and helpful - they arranged all of our safaris and transport (from airport, to nearby restaurants, to Shillong). Food was also great.
Excellent Staff- Very Co-operative and accomodating. The hotel is also nice and clean. Good buffet breakfast- small but a consistent menu.
Nothing much- the only minor thing might be addition of something like pancakes/ waffles (demand of a 5 yr old picky eater)
The staff were excellent. Our visits to Kaziranga National Park were excellently arranged by the managers of the hotel.

We had a most enjoyable stay in “The Kaziranga Address”. The staff was always very helpful in arranging tours etc. Especially worth mentioning is the active role the General Manager played: Helpful from 4 am to 12 pm in the night he stood at one's service whenever and wherever need arose. He even directed the driver on our way back to Guwahati airport when a little snag with our car put our timely arrival in jeopardy. All in all: A highly recommended place for a visit to Kaziranga.

Breakfast is good, the food - we also had dinner - was excellent, very tasty and healthy, freshly cooked. The staff is very courteous and helpful.
We stayed in a ground floor room, the window was located right at the sitout and curtains need to be thick and dual to accord privacy to the inmates.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our last minute flight changes.
The rooms are very big and comfortable. The complementary bfast was also very nice.
Additionally they also managed the safari bookings, saving a lot of our time and efforts.
The Kaziranga Address is a newly built, well-maintained property with huge rooms, spacious bathrooms, and a lovely balcony. The entire place feels clean and refreshing, set just 1 km off the main road yet surrounded by fresh, clear air. It’s an excellent choice for anyone looking for an affordable, super-comfortable stay in Kaziranga.
The property also features a cute sit-out area and a lovely swimming pool, adding to the charm and relaxation of the stay.

Honestly, there was nothing about the property that we didn’t like. The only thing missing was a name board outside, which the reception team assured us would be installed in the coming days.
Beautiful setting village side. Lovely swimming pool and space to relax. The room was big and the bathroom amazing. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room service excellent
Other larger family groups were a little noisy as they use sitting areas right outside room in evening
Wonderful place to stay, comfy beds, everything clean and the staff was very attentive. Food - dinner and breakfast - were great and freshly prepared. Upon request, they also arranged safari for us.

The manager was abusive. He mistreated my old parents and was disrespectful/rude/misbehaved. I have made a strong complaint on booking.com and I hope they delist this property
Nice spacious room, boutique hotel surrounded by rice paddy. Quiet location. Friendly and helpful staff.
Food taste was just OK. There were some bugs due to hotel being surrounded by rice paddy.

The Assamese food was really good, other was average but they were great in service, sent us the food to our rooms.
They helped us book the safaris. There was a great pool though we didnt get time to use it.
Except for the manager, everyone was quite rude and communication was a big issue as they didnt understand much, initally they didnt give us the rooms we booked but the manager was really sweet and helped us with everything, if not for him, we would have shifted out.
Due to rice fields there were a million flys/small insects which was really annoying, though they did warn us so we kept room shut and didnt have any in the room.
