Pros:

Antigamente era excelente. Agora alguns anos depois, acredito que está se valendo do privilégio de ficar em frente a rodoviária para ser mediano.
Os quartos são bons, bonitos, porém café da manhã e alguns atendentes decaíram muito, embora outros atendentes sejam muito bons. Vou estar preferindo gastar mais de uber para ficar em outros hoteis, do que nesse perto da rodoviária mas com a estadia tão decepcionante.

Cons:

Pedi para o atendente deixar minha bagagem no jeito de ser retirada, pois estava preso no trânsito e com medo de perder meu ônibus. Cheguei lá correndo e no sufoco e ele não tinha feito nada, e ainda demorou para pegar a mala.
De noite, estava frio e o quarto não tinha coberta, tive que solicitar.
