استثنائية مريحه ورائعه
Pros:

أقمت انا وعائلتي في هذا المكان الاسثنائي الذي يعتبر من افضل وارقى الاماكن التي أقمت فيها الموظفين المحترفين من استقبال يتكلمون العربيه . الحمام وانتم بكرامه يوجد به شطاف . النظافه الاستثنائية الموجوده في الشقه . الموقع الجميل القريب من السوق . الشقه مجهزه بالكامل . شكرا لكم

تم خصم المبلغ مسبقاً وعند وصولي للفندق متاخر لم يتم دخولي الى الفندق بسبب إلغاء الحجز عن طريق بوكنق نامل ايجاد حل لهذه المشكله وتعويضي بالمبلغ المدفوع

Cel mai bun hotel din Istanbul in care am stat. Apartamente spatioase cu balcon, facilitati pentru bucatarie, masina de spalat, parcare subterana gratuita,aproape de metroul M1 care are legatura directa cu centrul orasului, aproape de magazinul FORUM ISTANBUL , personal foarte amabil , baietii de la receptie foarte amabili , ne-au ajutat cu informatii de fiecare data, personalul de la curatenie foarte amabile , s-a facut curat in apartament in fiecare zi. Prin urmare un hotel exceptional de nota 10 , vom reveni cu placere.

Pros:

Всичко беше на ниво, чисто, уютно и добра локация. Нямам забележки относно хотела.

Cons:

Персонала НЕ поиска заплащане на престоя при настаняването ни, но пък след това постоянно ни деактивираше картите за влизане в стаята. Накрая разбрахме причината - не сме си платили! Същото беше и с интернета. Така, че препоръчвам на всички гости първо да си платят стаята, за да могат да ползват всички удобства.
