The pictures posted on this app & the actual rooms are no way matching the cleanliness.
No breakfast as listed, No Hot water, No lift
I book two room along with breakfast but they denied after taking all 3 days stay money also they don’t make room cleaning even after telling again and again for room cleaning also flush and shower in washroom were not working and there is no one to take care about the discomfort due to dirty toilet . I strongly recommend not to book these hotel for free also .

This property is ruined! Be linens weren't fresh, they just used the same from the previous customer, horrible! This property is completely ruined. The linens were not fresh; they appeared to be reused from the previous guest, which was unacceptable. The bathroom door lock was broken, there was no water in the toilet, the pillow was torn, and the closet was broken and at risk of falling. Be careful! Non Indians cannot stay here. I was denied checkin even though I had paid full. They booked another hotel 2 km away.

Once arrived at the hotel, they said it is full.
It is true we arrived at 2Am but they should not report availabilities on booking if it was full.
The location is amazing, but the facility is mismanaged. Some overview from the OYO group is needed. The towel is spotted, the pillow cover is spotted, the mattress is saggy, not even mosquito repellent provided, the knob broken on the bathroom door, the landline not working
