Perfect location, close to Swansea University Bay campus as well as not being far from Swansea city centre.
Restaurant and Starbucks in the hotel.
Also had a gym, pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna.
We had a king room which was clean and comfortable. The bed itself had a mattress topper for added comfort. Room was large enough with a couch.
We decided to use the pool/sauna/steam room about 5 pm on a Thursday and it was very crowded. We weren't able to enjoy the hot tub as too many people waiting to get in. The steam room and sauna were over crowded with what seemed to be locals who had used the gym prior to pool use. Saying that if you go during the day it might be less crowded?!
Clean, and working air conditioning for a great night sleep
The hotel had everything we required for our stay.
Nothing to dislike about this hotel.
Great location, great facilities, breakfast was delicious. Swimming pool area was fun. Room was clean, had all the facilities that we needed.
Aircon in the meeting room, 1st night it was cold in the room, the next evening it was too hot and the staff couldnt change it, needed to be done by an engineer. It was also very cold in the Starbucks.
