The hotel was great big room, well laid out
AC wasn't working. The entire wing had issues. And it was hot
breakfast was awful, staff not very helpful

Everything was really good no bad words here
My only discomfort was that a fitness session commenced at 6.30am in the gym/studio and the music was so loud it woke me a d probably other guests.
The pool and sauna were a bonus. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect
Leaving the hotel
Where do I start. Room dirty, holes in the towels. Hot water lasted for 5 minutes then went cold. Very very noisy with passing foot traffic..
Door to the hotel room did not close properly and the door would not lock, had to put the chain across for an added bit of security.
No other rooms available so was not able to change. Awful experience.
My advice would be to stay at a travel lodge or something similar.
The hotel layout bar and breakfast facilities were all adequate
The AC was not working in the room. Given I had booked this room and it did say it had AC i was very disappointed. I did not have a comfortable night sleep either night and was not given any other options to move room when i enquired. I have stayed in this hotel several times before and have never had any issue. I will certainly be looking at other options for my visit to Swansea later in the year.
Great location, I had a Club room which had a sea view! It was gorgeous.
The staff were great and there was a nice buzz about the place.
It was quite expensive with hidden extras to pay for like the use of the swimming pool and parking. They weren’t much but just a bit annoying.
