Good if the room wasn't so hot!
Pros:

Great welcome by the host at reception.
Starbucks on site.
Gym was £5 additional charge but really well equipped!
Bed was comfortable and bathroom was huge!

Cons:

The only thing that made my stay poor was that the room was absolutely boiling hot. I couldn't move the thermostat past 16c, and was unable to open the window due to being on the 2nd floor (flat roof).

I was also next to the gym and the music was so loud from about 7am onwards, from the fitness classes taking place.

Decent hotel if you have to stay in Swansea.
Pros:

Good shower and comfy bed.

Cons:

Restaurant downstairs felt more of a pub - very noisy.
No mattress covers on beds.
Room was hot and couldn’t adjust temperature.

Very good short stay with great facilities within the hotel. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Room was very good and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with enough food options even for vegetarians. Staff were exceptional especially during breakfast.

Cons:

The pool has swimming lanes which restricted the use of the pool.

A great stay for a good price!
Pros:

It was modern, good room size and everything was very accessible! The staff were also extremely helpful!

Cons:

You could see some general wear and tear like old stains etc. around the room and the window had been left open when I arrived so it was freezing

It was uncomfortable and disappointing.
Pros:

Location was good, we have used it in the past.

Cons:

It was very cold in the bar / restaurant and the staff were unable to rectify it. Also we thought the food was pretty average.
