A great stay for a good price!
Pros:

It was modern, good room size and everything was very accessible! The staff were also extremely helpful!

Cons:

You could see some general wear and tear like old stains etc. around the room and the window had been left open when I arrived so it was freezing

It was uncomfortable and disappointing.
Pros:

Location was good, we have used it in the past.

Cons:

It was very cold in the bar / restaurant and the staff were unable to rectify it. Also we thought the food was pretty average.

Very drafty window which caused the door to open and close and close slightly and the draft caused the blind to bang all night .. next time I’ll request to stay the side

Good stay comfortable rooms would stay again preferably without noisy neighbours
Pros:

Clean rooms comfortable beds nice lay out in room close to the waterfront bars and restaurants with good parking facilities

Cons:

Unfortunately we had noisy people on our floor and were banging doors and shouting at 2.30 in the morning

A comfortable clean hotel.
Pros:

All staff were friendly at reception, pool and gym areas.
The room was spacious and clean.
Breakfast one of the best we have had in hotels, my only criticism was that the choice of eggs were not advertised, with only scrambled eggs on display, we only found out after eating ours that we could have had a fried or poached egg on request. Maybe a notice displayed at the hot station would be very welcomed.

Cons:

Room initially felt cold at 9.30 p.m. and radiator was off, we tried putting it on but failed. This was disappointing but didn't make a fuss as only stayed the one night. Will stay again.

If things were working would of been a lovely stay
Pros:

The room was lovely, big, decor nice, very clean.

Cons:

Not having used a screen checking in, was pointed toward said screen.
Asked about car parking, just to be told put in your number.

Was at venue for 20th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY Party.
We experienced the fire or an alarm system going off. We exited in an orderly fashion.

Sadly the hot water heating system was not put back on and therefore no one could enjoy a nice hot shower or warm room.

Gap under door was letting in too much light which made it difficult to sleep.

Window neither tilted or turned.

Could do with a mirror on the dressing table.
