The property was nice, only chose the village for the swimming pool paid £5 on arrival to use and the pool was closed all of the sys we were there.
Was very disappointed with our stay as chose the village to use the facilities, pool was closed, hot tub an sauna were packed so unable to use which was very disappointing as it was a birthday treat.
I was disappointed with our stay, especially as a family with children.
1. The air conditioning in our family room was not working. We asked to move to another family room. After a lengthy discussion, the hotel eventually agreed to change our room. However, the replacement room had only one bed and one sofa bed for four people, which made sleeping very uncomfortable.
2. Pool access is not included with standard rooms. Unless you book a Club Room, you have to pay extra to use the swimming pool. However, children are not allowed in the Club Rooms, so families should be aware that pool access may mean an additional charge.
3. There was also confusion regarding breakfast and the Booking.com price. When I originally selected one family room plus one adult room on Booking.com, the total was around £556. I then selected what I believed was the option including breakfast, and the total increased to around £636. At the hotel, however, I was told breakfast was not included and that I would need to pay separately. I later checked with Booking.com, who also confirmed that breakfast was not included. Unfortunately, I did not take a screenshot of the booking page, so I cannot say whether this was an issue with the hotel or Booking.com. My advice would be to double-check exactly what is included and take screenshots before completing the booking, particularly if you are paying extra for breakfast.
The air conditioning didn't work, it was mid summer and roasting hot. I had to jump through hoops and lots of back and forth in order to get a refund from booking.com

The restaurant staff was wonderful . They accommodated our large family group and made the evening special.

Charged for parking and seemed to think this was okay . No compensation!

The hotel knew that the air-conditioning wasn't working, yet collected room money and put us in the most horrible situation, sweating all night with family and no sleep on the hottest night in Swansea. This is very outrageous and outright disingenuous.
