Reception staff were fantastic, breakfast staff so hard working and nothing was too much trouble.
Housekeeping were great too, brought us an extra towel.
A little bit longer walk into town but we knew that.

It could have been the days that we were there but kids were running running around the lobby and the corridors till late at night. the sound levels in the bar area were uncountable.

Breakfast wasn’t very good unfortunately in that there wasn’t much choice/ it took ages to replenish items - not enough staff.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
The staff were great, so friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and the location was great for a trip to Swansea.
Room was dusty and sheets didn’t fully cover the mattress. Had to request a room clean which don’t include changing bedsheets or making the bed. The check in process wasn’t good - self service machines and very difficult for those with limited tech skills.
Clean modern hotel,rooms were a great layout with modern decor,staff were friendly and helpful enjoyed the pool and facilities

Our TV went off by 8pm so we had nothing to do, we came away for a relaxing night break.
