It was clean and the staff was great
It did not have WiFi in the the rooms! It was inconvenient because of that
Nothing specific to note about the say except it was a quiet, secluded, hidden and surrounded by beautiful nature - the place to be in when you want to escape the city.
- The rooms are significantly overpriced, lacking even basic amenities and services. There is absolutely NO room service. ZERO.
- The property has NO WiFi or cellular connectivity, which means that for any requests, you must physically go to the reception. A basic intercom connection would have made a big difference considering there is no data and no wifi.
- The room was missing basic amenities—no tea or coffee packets, no hot kettle unless requested, no glasses or coffee mugs, no fridge. The kitchen was provided but completely unequipped.
- There was no à la carte dining option; only fixed meals were available, which we chose to skip. Breakfast was also a set meal, with just one item offered and over-priced.
- We booked the Family room, and the bath-tub shown in the pictures was non-functional, one needs to inform the reception and they will start the water from outside and once the tub is full again needs to be informed to shut the water. Plus its only cold water available.
- And oh! No credit card accepted
