I liked the staff, the cleanliness, and the comfortable beds.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that the hotel was advertised as having a heated pool and spa, but the pool was “under renovation,” and the spa was cold on the second day when we used it.
The breakfast was okay, but there were no vegetables, and even very common options such as boiled eggs were missing.

Pros:

Le personnel est d'une gentillesse solaire! Ils sont très accueillants et proposent des solutions rapidement s'il y a un souci. Franchement, pour une famille de 4 personnes, la chambre était géniale! L'emplacement idéal, à 2 pas du woolworths, à 2 pas des restaurants et warehouse. Pas loin des activités les plus emblématiques de Rotorua... Vraiment propre! Un parking! C'était super!

Struttura comoda e pulita, ideale per un soggiorno senza particolari esigenze. La colazione offre il minimo indispensabile; se si desiderano extra come uova o bacon, sono disponibili con un supplemento. La camera è stata pulita durante il soggiorno e gli asciugamani potevano essere cambiati su richiesta, mentre il letto non è stato rifatto. Nel complesso, un soggiorno semplice ma funzionale.
