Отдых вдвоём с дочкой.
Pros:

Очень красивое здание отеля и очень красивый вид с балкона.Балкон большой.👍Хорошее расположение. В комнате есть даже утюг и гладильная доска. Отзывчивая девушка Алина решала все проблемы и отзывалась на все мои просьбы быстро.👍🩷

Cons:

Так как это апартаменты,мусор с 12-го этажа приходилось выносить самим. Мусорные баки только на улице. Нужно было выйти с мусором через лобби(где всё время много людей),обойти здание отеля вокруг,и перейти дорогу(без пешеходного перехода) ,так как мусорные баки были только на противоположной стороне от отеля! Это очень не удобно и даже опасно, так-как движение там очень интенсивное!
Кроме того в комнате нет сахара, соли, чая,кофе...зато есть стиральная машина. Чайник есть, но попить чаю с дороги не получилось. Туалетная бумага 1 рулон, дальше уже купите сами...Как будто мы сняли квартиру...Надеюсь мой отзыв кому-то будет полезен.

Расположение отличное, номер удобный, чистый, всё необходимое есть!!

Надо учитовать что номера принадлежат частному лицу и во время проживания номера не обслуживались

המארח הסכים שנצא בשעה 14:00 ללא תוספת תשלום.

Cons:

דירה נחמדה ולא יותר
שביקשו נייר טואלט דבר בסיסי נאמר לנו שמגיע לנו רק 2גלילים ואם רוצים עוד זה בתוספת תשלום.
גם שהסכמנו לשלם לא הביאו לנו ורכשנו לבד.
מבחינת זרם מים באמבטיה חלש. וגם אין מספיק סבון רחצה ,ושמפו שגם רכשנו לבד.

Russian apartment in the hotel
Pros:

Location of the hotel is great. Hotel seems to be clean and well preped.

Cons:

2 Russian ladies met us and let us in (before arrival all communication was via Whatapp) - very strange way of getting into the hotel... Is this another Russian scheme?

Anonymous and not as nice as it looks.
Pros:

Great view from the 16th floor, you are right in the buzz of Batumi. Only a few steps to the beach.

Cons:

We had to fix a time for check-in and check-out, which made the day a little stressful. Communication is machine-like and not friendly. The place is quite far from the centre (but there is a bus stop right in front of the house). The view is great, but only from the balcony, which is right next to the air condition's outlet so not very comfortable, and your neighbours are really close (only a little separating glass wall to the next balconies). But what really annoyed us is that there is only cash payment - we had to pay 180 lari and the person greeting us claimed she could not change 200 lari. We had to remind her three times to get our change, and she got really nasty when we confronted her.

Good apartments with few problems
Pros:

The owner was nice and friendly, apartment was clean and in good location.

Cons:

Apartment is side sea view, not full sea view. Also, very didnt like that you hear your neighbors very loudly, all the voices and etc and it was not party, just two people talking. That makes less private.
