Une première étape vers Berlin très appréciée !
Pros:

La proximité de la gare ferroviaire - l'accueil du personnel à notre arrivée ainsi qu'à notre départ très matinal - le confort de la literie - le calme de la chambre

Cons:

Le fait de ne pas pouvoir profiter davantage du lieu car notre départ était très tôt :)

Kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr gute ruhige Zimmer, schalldichte Fenster und die Kissenauswahl.

Cons:

Kleines Manko: Frühstücksraum laut, krachig, schlechte Akkustik und der Eingangsbereich ist zu parfümiert. Wir würden es aber trotzdem wieder buchen wegen der sehr guten Zimmer.

Parkplätze im Parkhaus vorhanden, gewohnt angenehmes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Im Oktober war es recht kalt im Zimmer, Klimaanlage ohne Effekt. Nur zum Schlafen war die Temperatur okay.

Für einen kleinen Kurztrip für 2 Nächte okay aber nicht mehr.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß. Außerdem war die Aussicht vom Zimmer aus sehr schön. Es fand jeden Tag Zimmerreinigung statt. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Wurde immer wieder nachgefüllt.

Cons:

Die Hygiene muss besser werden. Auch wenn jeden Tag Zimmerreinigung war war das Zimmer nicht gut gereinigt. Schon allein die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher war noch dreckig mit vielen Flecken von unserem Vorgänger. Es war klebrig. Das ist ein Nogo für so eine große Hotelkette. Auch die Klobrille war gelb. Man hat sich nicht getraut dadrauf zu sitzen. Auch der Bad allgemein war viel zu klein. Unproportional zur Größe des Zimmers. Der Abfluss vom Waschbecken war verstopft was aber doch beseitigt worden ist nachdem wir uns darüber beschwert haben. Es gab keine Kabelkanäle wie RTL, Vox, etc. Es gab nur HR, SR und MDR. Eigentlich gehört es zum Standard, dass das Fernseher alle Kabelkanäle empfängt. Wir waren schon einmal in einem anderen Premier Inn in Irland. Das war ganz anders. Von diesem Premier Inn wurden wir etwas enttäuscht. Auch das Personal war nicht gerade professionell.

Reklamation wegen überbezahlung wird eingereicht. Personal am Empfang am 14.10.2026 sehr schwerfällig.
