Redhill Cliff Complex

The location is not adequate for night travel and communication is very poor because they don’t have a reception area, while dining is outside.

Grace and Charles did everything to make my stay pleasant and convenient. The service they provided and their level of communication were excellent.

The ads picture match exactly what I saw onsite. Liked the airport pickup services, the place is a safe, quiet environment equating it to a hidden scenic gem, tacked away from the busy city noises with friendly neighbors. The place is close to a river, the village market, the two rivers malls, several international embassies' offices etc. Loved the quiet serene space with a comfortable bed. I was able to take a walk and experience the beautiful environs. The hosts(Charles and Grace) were very attentive to dietary needs and they provided a 5 stars breakfast during my stay. The hosts were warm, and effectively communicated. Further, despite a couple main issues with the apartment I raised, the hosts addressed them timely.Overall experience was excellent. I will book this place again and I highly recommend this place

Die Unterkunft ist sehr spontan eingerichtet und die Küche ladet nicht zum Kochen ein. Für mich als Europäer war die Anreise das unangenehmste! Dieser fürte fast 1km über einen holprigen und düsteren unbefestigten Weg. Den Fahrdienst vom Flughafen zum Komplex ist mit 2.550 KES zu teuer, mit Uber kostet es nur die Hälfte. Das Frühstück hingegen war sehr gut. Leider ist die optische Erscheinung eher erschreckend und überall Rohbau. Ich muss allerdings den Hinweis geben dass ich Europäer bin und andere Standards gewohnt bin.

Very comfortable stay. Staff were all very kind, especially Grace. She even played outdoor games with me and my young kids. They were very quick to answer any questions and to show us how to turn on the hot water. They treate us like family. The food was delicious. The master bed was very comfortable with luxury bedding.
Our only big challenge was no water from the master bath sink but we didn't bother to have them check it out. The shower worked great so we were content.

Property is at a serene place. Grace was fantastic with communication. Keep the good job. The only con is that they don't have a backup power Incase the power goes off. Try to fix this as some of your clients would be working remotely and highly dependant on electricity and internet.
