The stairs are really steep, so if you are not very mobile you will really struggle to get your luggage up to your room. I wouldn't recommend this accommodation if you would find this difficult as there is no reception and therefore no assistance with this.
My room initially had good blackout curtains, but for some reason they were changed during the day after my first night with virtually transparent curtains, which was totally unnecessary. Not a huge problem for me, but strange not to do this between guest stays rather than while I was out during my stay.

È assurdo che il bagno non abbia una porta di ingresso, e neppure una tenda per privacy, con uno specchio in camera da cui si vede il bagno e il proprio partner. Non esiste chiusura o tenda della doccia, e in qualsiasi modo la si orienta dopo la doccia è un lago di acqua a terra. Non esiste una luce di cortesia sopra la testata del letto o 2 abatjours. Per un disguido all'arrivo non funzionava il codice di entrata, e non è stato piacevole attendere quasi un'ora per risolvere il problema. Di notte a qualsiasi ora passano gruppi di giovani con musica trap ad alto volume o persone che litigano.

April 2026 Ive stayed in 10 properties within the last 2 months on my travels and this is by far the worst. There is no one on site and they only respond to messages when they want to. Check in was difficult because there are 2 locations and both have signs on the door that point somewhere else. The thermostat doesn’t work so you have to open the window to a busy street with loud noises and people smoking. They allow people to smoke in the building even though it is not allowed. The toilet flushes into the shower so it smells when anyone in the building goes. There is no door on the shower so water goes everywhere. No door on the bathroom. The beds are not double, they are twins pushed together and they do not use fitted sheets so they come off. During my stay the power went out and alarms went off. They never fully fixed the power issue so all the groceries in the fridge spoiled.

Badkamers zonder deuren werd niet goed gecommuniceerd. Ook super kleine kamers. Enkel douchegel aanwezig en haardroger maar geen handzeep ofzo. Langs een supersteile trap moest je met valiezen naar boven, goed om overstag te gaan en in de smalle gang stonden nog vuilbakken dus plaats te weinig.

Die Lage war auch gleichzeitig das Problem. Es war unendlich laut auf der Strasse, zu der mein Fenster ging. Bis nachts um 4.30 Uhr war an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Doppelverglasung und Rollläden innen machten es auch nicht besser. Außerdem lief die Dusche schlecht ab, in einer Lampe war das Leuchtmittel defekt. Es wirkte, obwohl erst neu renoviert, leider ungepflegt. Insgesamt aus meiner Sicht nur geeignet für Menschen, die selbst bis tief nachts feiern gehen wollen. Die Betten war nur ca. 70-80 cm breit uind schon recht durchgelegen.

Bath wasnt cleaned properly, aswell as the oven, we couldnt use because there was food leftovers
