Disappointing
Cons:

Delay. I asked if check in is 3 and said we can arrive at 2 so we came early but then they haven't prepaid the room and we waited till 3:40. I ask the host if there will payment for the pool and says yes so I ask the guard in the pool where to pay and I was told to contact the host but then I cannot contact the host any more. We are about to leave and no reply at all regarding my inquiry abt the pool. Then when we leave I ask where to leave the keys and still no reply so we have to just leave it in the mail room we are worried since. Mail room box is not lock then it is not safe but we cannot wait for the host to reply. I was waiting for the host to reply even if it is late for all my inquiries so I know her reason but no more reply or explanation.

Pros:

Location was pretty good

Cons:

The couch was full of stain (dirty). The faucet in the kitchen was not working. They should improve the cleanliness of the unit. The rate per night is expensive, maybe because of the great location.

Waste of time and effort
Pros:

Disaster, we're not able to celebrate due to the agents negligence. It was over-booked accdg to the agent and we were refunded.

Cons:

Everything. The agent didn't answer my phone calls that made me think that I got scammed.
