The property was very clean and my room updated The bed was firm but the pillows were wonderful. I can't believe how QUIET it was - this is a very big point for me - at this hotel I could not hear my neighbors. The staff accommodated my request for a higher floor and a room away from the elevators. Pleasantly surprised! Staff were wonderful and so helpful, I couldn't ask for better. I would recommend and also I would stay here again.Absolutely
a few more towels in the bathroom, and they 'upgraded me from my two single room to a double bed. I didn't ask for this and to me it wasn't an upgrade. I reserved the other because it was bigger. Having three suitcases with me - I needed the extra room....so although I'm sure they thought the bigger bed was a bonus and it is....the extra square footage in my hotel room was what I originally wanted. I did not tell them at the front desk as they were trying to be kind. But I wish they didn't move me - both rooms were priced equally. A better "upgrade " would have been to put me in a larger room with a double bed at the same price - that is actually an upgrade. Not what I was given.
Quiet and has onsen. The convenience store without needing to go out is priceless!
Not many restaurants
From the moment we arrived, I was really impressed with the hotel. The reception team was kind and attentive, even providing us with umbrellas when it was raining.
The facilities and the room were spotless, modern, felt fresh and high quality. I was especially satisfied with the cleanliness. Each day, a staff member left a note indicating who had taken care of the room, which was a nice personal touch. The complimentary water provided daily was also much appreciated.
The bathroom was spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo and major cities, and the room itself fully met our needs.
The coin laundry area is well-equipped with modern machines and even includes a coin exchange machine, which was very convenient.
There’s a FamilyMart conveniently located on the ground floor, which was very useful.
The hotel is located in an upscale area of Tokyo, within a short walking distance of Gaiemmae Station, making it easy to access other parts of the city.
We stayed here on our first night in Japan and it worked really well for us given the central location and the hotel facilities. We got to see a baseball game which really added to our experience. The other real plus points for us about the hotel were the breakfast (it has a really wide range of options to cater to lots of tastes) and the free toiletries/brushes etc.
This is what you get in any hotel really, but our 3 rooms had very different views; one had a brilliant view of the baseball stadium, the other of mount fuji and the other of the road.
Clean, good sized room, quiet, great view of the baseball stadium from the reception and restaurant, very friendly staff, nice breakfast,
Although very pleased to be upgraded to a bigger bed. Not keen on one side of bed being against a wall.
