A nice hotel with good location and good breakfast.
Pros:

The hotel is taking care of Ramdan Iftaar dinner and Sahoor breakfast for the muslim customer. I like it.

Cons:

Bit expensive compare to faciltiies.

Ok for a clean bed , a little overpriced for what it offers.
Pros:

After a long road trip from Nakuru we stopped overnight in kisumu , we decided Sarova because we were delighted with the stay in Sarova Nakuru. However the experience was different , city and mainly used by businesses. The room was clean , and had a pleasant night stay.

Cons:

Felt like a luxury prison , the mosquitoes and river flies were everywhere.

One night experience in Kisumu
Pros:

Our stay at Sarova Imperial was very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and provided help whenever we needed it. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms quite spacious. The rooftop restaurant was also a lovely highlight of our stay. I would highly recommend!

It was comfortable. The rooftop perch offered good food and a great view of the city and with an exceptional service from the staff.

It's centrally located and very cosy. The blackout curtains were an added bonus.

Cons:

The Caesar salad from the à la carte menu was rather disappointing and the water in the shower is lukewarm rather than hot past a certain time in the night.
