location, it was round the corner from the party i was at

Decent breakfast, served with a big smile.

Oh and a banging curry house a couple of doors down.

Perfect hotel when visiting Royal Birkdale
Pros:

Amount of car parking spaces. Quality of breakfast.

Cons:

Reception desk unattended when needed to check out. A key box on the reception desk would be handy to post your room key safely

Pros:

Breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent and very friendly. Superb scrambled egg on toast.
Hotel had two car parks with plenty of spaces. Hotel nicely decorated. Ideal location to drive to Royal Birkdale for the Golf.

Cons:

No proper pack up available for very early start when breakfast had been paid for in advance. Lovely breakfast staff managed to provide us with yoghurts and bananas.
Food available in the evening would be a nice addition.
