Pros:

Stayed for 2 nights on may 30th/31st. .. made my husband and i so welcome from we entered the building. We were early for check in and no problem getting into our room.!. A real bonus after travelling from northern Ireland!!!!
Breakfast was fabulous!!

Cons:

Room well equipped but could have had more towels in the bathroom sufficient for 2 people!
Pillows a bit low but no problem requiring more.

Pros:

Small hotel that thinks it's a big hotel. Breakfast was wonderful, staff were super helpful. Altogether a great experience

Good value comfortable stay.
Pros:

Very friendly. Lovely clean bright room. The bed was very comfortable. The shower worked well. Good value breakfast which was well cooked.

Pros:

Very clean room with a large comfy bed and a big shower. Very handy location just off the M6, so ideal for a stop off as a journey break. Nice breakfast cooked to order. Great value for money.

Close to perfect, but not quite like home.

Very clean with friendly staff , parking and location were good too.

Cons:

The bed is a little too hard for my preference. The room was very warm and lacking a fan, it was with a radiator turned on upon arrival. We immediately turned it off but I guess the nearby rooms helped the warmth linger for the 3 days despite the window being open slightly the entire time.
And finally, I prefer absolute darkness for sleep but there was a blue lit button on the wall for boost heating which couldn't be turned off.

So very minor issues in all cases

The area is very walkable and beautiful. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean, with comfy beds.

Cons:

There was no hair dryer. The location is not optimal, it takes a while to get there from the train station.
