Beautiful and clean place with great pool close to the city
Pros:

A beautiful place with a nice little garden and great pool! The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a really nice atmosphere also with the other guests.
The place is very well maintained and clean, the rooms were big enough and offered everything one needs.
The city centre is nearby, the Marina can be reached within a 15min walk. Amazing restaurants (go for "La Cantina" for steaks) also available in the other direction by bus (bus stop directly in front of it).
We had an amazing stay and were sad we did not book a few days more.

Cons:

nothing really, the only downside was the wifi connection in the room, but I know they're working on it!

Malgré quelques défauts. Je vous recommande vivement cette établissement.
Pros:

Petit paradis proche du centre (10mn à pieds) mais au calme. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique et aux Petits soins.
Le jardin est vraiment magnifique et la piscine très agréable.
Nous n'avions plus envie de partir et avons même rajouté une nuit pour pouvoir rester plus longtemps.

Cons:

Les rideaux de douches avec de la moisissure.
Le tapis dans la douche n'est pas en très bon état.
Les serviettes de douche blanche propre qui ont des taches.

Beautiful hotel, nice pool, good rooms, friendly owners.
Pros:

Hotelroom & the nice owners made it a very pleasant stay, the room was big and clean.
Location makes it a must to have a car, but that's most places in Manuel Antonio.

Cons:

The prices for the breakfast are ridicilously high compared to quality / amount of food.
Going to any restaurant will give you a better value. But since they're so friendly and even prepared the food earlier than usual for us (before we went to an early tour), I'm still giving a good rating.
