giriş yaptığımızda verilen ilk odada yoğun bi su borusu sesi vardı. durumu çalışanlara ilettiğimizde odamızı değiştirip daha az sesli bir odaya geçtik. geçtiğimizde fark ettik ki zaten bu oda rezervasyon yaptırdığımız odaydı, daha büyük ve terası daha iyiydi. ama teras/balkonlu odalardan bir manzara beklentiniz olmasın, etrafı uzun çitlerle çevrili. odanın halıflex olması da hijyen konusunda tereddüt ettiriyor. çift kişilik yatak oldukça küçüktü. rezervasyondan önce özellikle kahvaltı dahil otelleri filtreleyip ona göre rezervasyon yaptırmıştık ama gittiğimizde öğrendik ki 2 aydır tesiste kahvaltı hizmeti yokmuş (bu durum booking uygulamasından da kaynaklı olabilir bilmiyorum). fiyat/performans olarak beklentimin bi tık altında kaldı maalesef

Это не бутик отель, а переделанная коммунальная квартира с очень старым ремонтом (рассохшиеся двери на балкон сложно закрываются и тд)

Locația excelentă, personalul amabil si vorbitor de limba engleza (ceea ce e bonus in Baku), curățenie făcută zilnic in camera.

Cons:

Camera destul de mica, ușa de la baie nu se închidea bine si se scurgea apa in baie.

My next stay in Baku will be in the same hotel
Pros:

The property is bang on the Nizami Street which is the most happening are in Baku. Old town is just a 2-3 minutes walk. The rooms are spacious and since it’s a heritage building, they have huge balconies. The staff is very cooperative and the rooms have everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Nice and very strategic hotel in Nizami Street Baku
Pros:

Location is very good, near the city center, close to restaurantals. The room is also spacious, we booked the quadruple room for family of 4. The staff are good and helpful. One of them named John...he's nice

Cons:

The toilet got a leak and they can improve the light in the building entrance since it's quite dark in the night.
