A nice place to stay.
Pros:

It's very clean, and the staff is very attentive.

Cons:

It's not that I didn't like it, but be advised there is no elevator. So if you live on the 2nd or 3rd floor, you will need to carry your bag up. I didn't have a problem with it, but if you do ask for a room on the 1st floor.

Pros:

The first staff (afternoon) was very polite and helpful, the second one (evening) not so much.

Cons:

The door lock broke, and I had to jump out of the window to get some dinner, only when coming back the lock was opened (but couldn't be locked again). Being locked in the hotel room ist definitively not the experience I was looking for.
The second staff (evening) appologies only once, as a side info (that was it). Seems that guy doesn't care at all about the wellbeing of the customers.
Plus the fridge (mini bar) is very loud when cooling down (above 45db). How should you sleep with such noise in the room?

Pessimo servizio booking: per un soggiorno di 2 notti ho pagato 3 (1 a booking +2 in struttura).
Pros:

Les Cascades raggiungibile a piedi in pocchi minuti.

Cons:

mancanza ascensore, odore di fogna nel bagno, accesso con la macchina molto difficile

Un hôtel à recommander
Pros:

Idéalement placé à Erevan, l'hôtel bien que très proche de la Cascade, quartier très animé, est dans une rue très calme. Le personnel est attentif, et l'entretien de l'hôtel excellent. Les prix des chambres sont très raisonnables.

Great location !
Pros:

Stunning location 1 min walk from the Cascade
Very comfortable bed
Spacious room and wardrobe
The minibar was helpful to keep my bottles of water fresh
The bathroom was clean and there was great hot water and water pressure

Cons:

The shower curtain was the big downside. The shower has a corner shape and is very narrow. The shower curtain kept getting stuck to your whole body whilst showering. That was so annoying and unsanitary.

The street was super narrow with zero parking space and no way to manoeuvre the car there

The guy working at the reception stayed on the phone past midnight on the first night and talked super loudly almost shouting on the phone a few meters away from my bedroom door. Very unprofessional
