Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал;
Отличное местоположение

Cons:

Очень маленький и тесный номер;
Смешной маленький чайник на полторы кружки;
Общая неустроенность в номере: разваленный диван с вылезшими саморезами (см фото), текущий кран или слив в ванной (когда чистишь зубы то вода бежит на пол), паутина на потолке;
Отсутствие микроволновки (это субъективно конечно);
Отсутствие парковки

the location is amazing, 2 minute walk from the cascades and there are a lot of museums around. the staff were genuinely very helpful and professional.

Cons:

i think if there were breakfast included that would have been the perfect stay.

Pros:

Great location. Easy access to Cascade and close to lots of city’s attractions. Clean rooms and friendly service. They were also flexible when I asked them to pay on behalf of my sister and they responded quickly.

Cons:

We were just worried about the fact that there are no elevators, but my sister got the room on the ground floor, so that was fine.

Pros:

The first staff (afternoon) was very polite and helpful, the second one (evening) not so much.

Cons:

The door lock broke, and I had to jump out of the window to get some dinner, only when coming back the lock was opened (but couldn't be locked again). Being locked in the hotel room ist definitively not the experience I was looking for.
The second staff (evening) appologies only once, as a side info (that was it). Seems that guy doesn't care at all about the wellbeing of the customers.
Plus the fridge (mini bar) is very loud when cooling down (above 45db). How should you sleep with such noise in the room?

A nice place to stay.
Pros:

It's very clean, and the staff is very attentive.

Cons:

It's not that I didn't like it, but be advised there is no elevator. So if you live on the 2nd or 3rd floor, you will need to carry your bag up. I didn't have a problem with it, but if you do ask for a room on the 1st floor.
