Un sitio con encanto en Estambul
Pros:

El alojamiento es muy cómodo, dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Estambul y está muy céntrico. La cama era comodísima y Sefa ha sido en todo momento muy amable y simpático, es servicial y nos ha dado buenas recomendaciones en nuestro viaje.

Cons:

La única pega es que las paredes son finas y nos tocó al lado una habitación bastante ruidosa, aunque no es culpa del alojamiento.

Pros:

Súper recomendable, ubicación, habitaciones grandes y baños grandes, muy limpio todo. Nos dieron todo el tiempo agua, café , té. Los dos chicos de la recepción muy amables y te ayudan en todo lo que necesites. No tengo ninguna queja.

Excellent stay! The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar, the tram, and many of Istanbul's main attractions. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

El hotel está en una ubicación inmejorable , hotel limpio y el aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla.Lo mejor ha sido la atención de los recepcionistas, nos han ayudado incluso con un problema a la hora de hacer el check in. Volveremos sin duda

The morning staff was terrible. They controlled both the air conditioning they keep it on fan not cooling and the elevator. On the day we checked out, they turned the elevator off, forcing us to carry our luggage down five flights of stairs. It felt very unprofessional and unsettling. I would not stay here again because of the way guests were treated. Stay away from this place period.
