Totul a fost perfect. Personalul a fost extrem de amabil și atent la nevoile noastre pe tot parcursul șederii. Locație excelentă, aproape de principalele atracții și Grand Bazar. Camera a fost impecabil de curată, bine întreținută și confortabilă. Cu siguranță vom reveni! 😊

Pros:

Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικότατο, πολύ φιλικό μας καλωσόρισαν με τον καλύτερο τρόπο και ήταν αρκετά βοηθητικοί. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα είναι καθαρό και ζεστό και πολύ κοντά σε κεντρικά σημεία όπως το μεγάλο παζαρι και την Αγία Σοφία.

В целом все прошло хорошо, цена качество соответствует, персонал очень приятный!
Pros:

Самый главный плюс для Стамбула – здесь не слышно молитв! В городе на каждом шагу мечети и примерно в 5-6 утра начинают петь молитвы, в каждой мечети динамики и слышно везде. Здесь этого не слышно, хотя мечеть рядом есть. Но кстати говоря в этот раз я не сильно много слышу молитв, обычно они звучат 5-6 раз в день, я слышу от силы 1-2 раза. Но они есть, и вечером во время молитвы я заходила в номер, и их не слышно. Это очень круто.
- Здесь чисто и уборка каждый день. Немаловажный плюс. Грязным был только чайник и его быстро заменили.
- Очень приветливый персонал! Нас по приезде угостили сразу кофе, предложили выбрать номер самим из трех свободных, решают какие-то вопросы очень быстро.
- Кровать удобная. Для меня это тоже важный фактор. На сильно мягких матрасах я не могу спать.

Cons:

Номер маленький, на фото казался больше. Но в целом норм.
- Стены (как и везде, судя по отзывам) картонные, соседей слышно. Но они не доставляли каких-то хлопот, слышно как они приходят, разговаривают, но возможно, потом ложатся спать и в берушах я не слышала их.
- Здесь прохладно. Отопления, как наверное, везде – нету, нагреть можно с помощью кондиционера. Он очень быстро нагревает комнату, но он шумный, с ним не поспишь, и за ночь комната вновь остывает до градусов 20.
- Это вроде молодой отель, но некоторая мебель и особенно двери выглядят старыми.

Sehr gut Lage und wunderbarer Service
Pros:

Eine sehr zentrale Lage mit Hagia Sophia und der blauen Moschee fußläufig. Die beiden Hotelbesitzer sind unfassbar hilfsbereit und zu jedem Zeitpunkt immer erreichbar. Zudem haben wir tolle Insidertipps bekommen für Restaurants und tolle Aktivitäten. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber & haben ein schönes Bad.
Wir haben außerdem den Shuttle-Service von dem Flughafen genutzt was sehr einfach und unkompliziert war.
