Pros:

Wohnung war klar und modern gestaltet. Abgeschlossener Stellplatz für den PKW. Aufzug in den ersten Stock. Unkompliziertes ein- und auschecken. Gut ausgestattet mit Steckdosen.

Cons:

Fenster und Balkon zur Straßenseite, auch bei geschlossenem Fenster waren gelegentlich ab dem Morgen Geräuche von der Straße zu hören. Beleuchtung war teilweise sehr hell. Ausstattung/Gestaltung wirkte etwas unpersönlich.

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, no del todo céntrico pero alcanzable a 10min a pie. Dispone de parking gratuito cerrado. Limpieza excelente. Muy cómodo y espacioso. La terraza fantástica. Totalmente equipado. Personal muy amable y disponible

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!
Pros:

Modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Balkon, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine und privatem Parkplatz. Ruhig, sauber und in der perfekte Lage um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber.

Cons:

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft eigentlich fast wunschlos glücklich bis auf zwei kleine Abstriche: Der Balkonfußboden war noch voller Sand und Flusen der vorherigen Gäste. Ich vermute, das wurde bei der letzten Reinigung schlichtweg vergessen - kann passieren, war nicht so schlimm. Außerdem hätten wir uns so gern einen Staubsauger gewünscht. Gerade bei längeren Aufenthalte und wenn man Wäsche wäscht, wird es schnell staubig. Ein Staubsauger wäre für zwischendurch mal sauber zu machen deutlich praktischer und effektiver als der vorhandene Besen gewesen. Damit wirbelt man Staub und Schmutz ohnehin nur herum. Verbesserungsvorschlag für die Zukunft :)

Pros:

Apartament wygląda na nowy , ładnie urządzony z wszystkim udogodnieniami (włacznie z pralką i ekspresem). Do ekspresu dodane były kapsułki z kawą Lavazza. Nie było też problemu z parkowaniem samochodu. Porto Torres to super baza wypadowa na zwiedzenie groty neptuna , plaży la pelosa czy zamek w castelsardo i skałę słonia.

Appartamento molto pulito e con arredamento pressoché nuovo e di ottimo livello. Pronta la disponibilità dell'host Giorgio che ad ogni richiesta ha risposto prontamente.

Das Appartment ist sehr groß, alles neu (2025) und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt!

Cons:

Der Balkon ist klein und zur Straße hin, aber wenigstens zum Trocknen nutzbar.
Ansonsten ist die Wohnanlage oben in einem neueren Viertel mit 15 Minuten zur Stadt zu laufen. Keine Infrastruktur in der Nähe - Bäcker, Lebensmittelläden eher mit dem Auto erreichbar, ebenso die Strände.

Pros:

Todo! El apartamento es nuevo, esta muy bien aislado tanto del ruido como de la temperatura.
Está ubicado en una zona súper tranquila para descansar en condiciones, con mucha facilidad para aparcar. En solo 15’ puedes llegar al centro caminando. Muy bien equipado y limpio!
Giorgio nos atendió súper bien en todo momento, siempre atento a cualquier cosa que necesitamos.
