La sera non era disponibile acqua calda per la doccia!!! A me non interessa se qui tutti fanno la doccia al mattino!!! In hotel molto meno costosi l' acqua calda era SEMPRE disponibile!!! Inoltre non accettavano carta di credito In un hotel devono funzionare i servizi di base!!! Vergogna!!!

Not value for money
Pros:

Location is good. Easily accessible. Some staff were courteous whereas some were careless.

Cons:

For the money paid the value was not delivered -
1- Rooms does not have all facilities like no hair dryer, no bathroom toiletries only towels. Taps broken.
2. No power backup to AC and due to frequent power disruptions most of time AC was not working. Water drips from AC if used more than one hour.
3.Cleaning staff not good, we were staying with kids and even if we give keys at the reception to clean the room it was not cleaned on return.
4. We stayed here for 5 days and the other room was not cleaned for a single time from their own. These are basic hygiene that should be maintained by the property. The common areas would always have left over utensils for the whole day never cleaned which created flies.

Cons:

Many electric switches were not working, no power point near tea/ coffee tray kept on side rack,tumbler kept in bathroom broken, exhaust fan was not working. In totality poor facilities in comparison to room tarrif. Over all very disappointing.
