Amazing value
Pros:

The staff were outstanding. I wanted tickets to the football and we could not get the online ordering to work, so one of them took me on his motorbike to the club store where I got a PERSIS Solo shirt and a ticket to the game.

It's worth the money
Pros:

A new and sparkly clean four-floor budget hotel. Spacious room with a comfy double bed. Very good free WiFi. Good working AC. Sparkly clean bathroom with a Western style toilet, a sink with a big mirror, liquid soap and shampoo, and a very good hot/cold shower. Spacious indoor parking lot for motorbikes and cars. Friendly and helpful staff. Nearby is a cozy cafe at night.

Cons:

No live TV (only YouTube and Vidio chanhels). Next to a railway (2-3 times it was noisy when a train passed by at night). No elevator. No lobby. No view from the ground floor. No exhaust in the bathroom. No tissue paper in the room and no toilet paper.
