Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Phuket Resort. The location is excellent, offering beautiful sea views while being just a short walk from Patong Beach. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious options, and the swimming pools were fantastic for both adults and children.

False advertising, main pool under refurbishment, I have my house under construction and I left home for a peaceful holiday to chill by the pool and not noise, only the kids pool was open and overcrowded with kids, we never been told on booking that the main pool will be close due to refurbishment I travel from UK to Thailand to another construction site
