Pros:

Удобно и чисто
Храна је сасвим добра, укусна и разноврсна.
Предворје хотела..ресторан и бифе су баш угодни.
Вријеме доручка и вечере је широко постављено тако да и они што рано устају могу одмах на доручак а они што касно устају опет стигну на доручак.
Ручак је нешто краће трајао али има ужина тако да је све ок.
Базен са термалном водом је велик
Слана соба постоји

Како је већ написано у ранијим рецензијама, у ово доба вањски базен са обичном водом не ради тако да ради онај што је мањи у који се улази из објекта и чим има више људи тешко је користити...сауне су мање..већином по 2 људи али смо их користиле јер их има випе тако да је и то ок

Für reine Thermalbäder nützet günstig und gut, aber für Erholung mit Wellnessfeeling nicht geeignet!

Leider zu kleiner Saunabereich! Die Liegeräume sind nicht einladend gestaltet, man hat das Gefühl auf Kur zu sein!

Maitsev toit ja puhtad toad, kuid tõsised probleemid veega ja mugavustega.
Pros:

Hotelli külastus jättis üldplaanis hea mulje. Eriti meeldisid mitmekesised ja maitsvad söögid – valik oli suur ning igaüks leidis endale midagi sobivat. Toad olid puhtad ja hästi hooldatud, mis tegi viibimise mugavaks ja meeldivaks.

Cons:

Kahjuks ei olnud meie kogemus hotellis lõpuni positiivne. Ööbisime 6. korruse tubades, kus enamus ajast puudus vesi – kunagi ei saanud kindel olla, kas pesemine on üldse võimalik. See tekitas märkimisväärset ebamugavust.

Lisaks puudus toas palsam ning kuna me ei võtnud seda lennukiga kaasa, lootes hotelli peale, ei olnud võimalik õhtul juukseid pesta. Samuti avastasime alles hiljem, et toas puudub ka pudelivesi.

Hotelli selgitus, et nad vastavad 4 tärni standardile ja sellised mugavused ei ole kohustuslikud, ei jätnud head muljet. Arvestades, et ka lihtsamates majutuskohtades on need sageli olemas, tundus see põhjendus nõrk. Pudelivee puudumist põhjendati keskkonnasäästuga, kuid olukorras, kus 6. korrusel ei ole õhtuti ja hommikuti üldse vett, mõjub see pigem irooniliselt.

Pros:

Bazen u parku punom zelenila. Mirna lokacija, blizina termalnog jezera, oko 10min hoda. Čiste sobe, jako dobar izbor jela za doručak. Komunikacija s osobljem mailom vrlo dobra - dogovorili smo gdje spremiti naše bicikle.
Bili smo preko tjedna te je bilo puno mirnije nego za vikend (petak) kada je došlo puno ljudi. No lokacija hotel su dosta tihi i bilo je navečer zabavno u baru iz igre (dodatno se naplaćuju) i živu glazbu.
Spa centar je ok ako nema previše ljudi u hotelu, inače je relativno malen za hotel te veličine. Uspjela sam odgovoriti masažu jer kasnije osobe koja masira nije bilo u hotelu, imala sam sreću. Masaža je bila jako dobra.
Dobila sam mali znak pažnje za rođendan -malu tortu/linzer i vrlo se ugodno iznenadila.

Cons:

Osoblje je dosta suzdržano, samo neki su bili vrlo ljubazni. Ne razumijem politiku sa karticama i ručnicima. Trećeg dana boravka osoba koja je u medicinskom centru bila zadužena za ručnike ne zna engleski te mi je preko google prevoditelja napisala da se ručnici za spa mijenjaju svaka dva dana.
Komunikacija na recepciji nije bila dobra jer dio sa ručnicima nismo razumjeli te je kasnije došlo do neugodnosti.
Za večeru nije bilo puno vegetarijabskih opciia za glavno jelo niti ribe. Dva puta imali smo losos kao opciju no bila sam nezadovoljna.
Pravila kod posudbe igara za igru također su čudna te smo morali čekati da nam osoba preda kugle za biljar-bila je neko vrijeme odsutna. Iako smo platili all inclusive dosta toga se dodatno naplaćuje.
