Pros:

Außerordentlich freundliches Personal, super schöne Zimmer, top Lage. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr liebevoll angerichtet und scheckt hervorragend. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Surely will stay again. 100% recommended!
Pros:

Clean cozy room, everything worked. Breakfast was tasty. Great hotel location, centric but still in a calm side and close to restaurants and transportation means. Staff were friendly, special mention to Ivan for assisting a smooth check in and for his attention at breakfast.

Excellent location with friendly staff!!
Pros:

The location is amazing. Right in the center of town. The pillows in the rooms were also excellent and were the best pillows at any hotel during my whole trip in the Balkans.

Cons:

I wish the breakfast had been included in the price.

Super schönes Hotel in genialer Lage, sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels nah am Vitosha Boulevard ist unschlagbar. Das Hotel ist sehr neu und sehr schön gestaltet. Mein Zimmer war eher klein, das Bad dafür sehr geräumig und sehr schick. Die Mitarbeitenden sind super freundlich und sprechen sehr gut Englisch. Es gibt kein Frühstücksbuffet, sondern ein paar nette Speisen à la carte. Ich fand das Frühstück super lecker. Ich würde dieses Hotel Freunden und Familien uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer hat nicht ganz der Beschreibung entsprochen. So gab es keinen französischen Balkon mit Stadtblick, sondern nur ein ganz normales Fenster in den Innenhof. Ich habe versucht, das zu klären. Mir wurde erläutert, ich hätte ein Upgrade bekommen, deswegen würde sich das Zimmer unterscheiden. Das fand ich nicht ganz befriedigend. Es fühlte sich ja schließlich nicht wie ein Upgrade an. Letztenendes war es mir es nicht wichtig genug, um hierfür Punkte abzuziehen.
