Pros:

Fantastic location for the old town yet peaceful and quiet. Bed is comfy and bathroom clean and modern.

Cons:

Tiny detail but the poached eggs in the morning were chilled not warm! Waitress at breakfast was great though!

Perfect place to enjoy Sofia
Pros:

The hotel is just a few steps away from Vitosha boulevard and all main attractions of Sofia. It's very clean and well kept. The location is just perfect. The staff is nice and helpful. I really enjoyed stay there.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't quite like was breakfast but you have a lot of other options around.

Superbe séjour !
Pros:

L’emplacement était top surtout quand on y reste juste pour un week-end, tout est accessible à pied, que ça soit les monuments, restaurants, etc. L’hôtel est beau et moderne, avec tout le nécessaire, notamment la chambre avec le balcon.
Mention spécial aussi à l’accueil de la réception avec Ivan et Aleksander qui étaient très sympathique ! Si vous cherchez un hôtel pour Sofia, je vous le recommande à 100%

Pros:

Raramente do 10, ma questa struttura lo merita, soprattutto per il Team e per un episodio, mia moglie aveva buttato una collana di bigiotteria perché si era leggermente rotta. Alla sera l'ha ritrovata sul letto distesa e perfettamente aggiustata, la cameriera ha di sua iniziativa preso la collana, l'ha fatta aggiustare e l'ha rimessa sul letto. Sono gesti che fanno capire quanto il Team sia ben diretto e soprattutto ben motivato verso il cliente. In hotel più pomposi un gesto così non l'ho mai visto. Lavoro nel turismo da 40 anni e ho diretto diversi hotel. Complimenti al team e alla direttrice.
