Chambre qui s’éteint pas du coup le technicien me demande de faire tomber le disjoncteur pour éteindre la lumière car pas de solution mais le problème et l’accès au disjoncteur qui n’est pas accessible car bloqué par le placard

Unterkunft hat mir erklärt das ich gar keine Reservierung habe, dann hat es sehr lange gedauert bis die es gefunden haben, dann wurde mir 25 aed mehr berechnet als es sein sollte, die tagesgebühr beträgt 7 aed für 3 Nächte hat man mir aber 45 aed berechnet totale Frechheit!

The stay was horrible. I was put in a room that had mold and the smell was so bad I could not sleep all night… I complained and they didn’t change my room until my 3rd night… the woman that works there inspected it and confirmed it was mold and she told me to request a refund directly from hotels.com… they were useless and not helpful at all.

then they put me in another room that had a cockroaches... this was a terrible stay and I need to be refunded. I am attaching images for proof ….
