Pros & Cons of staying at Shabareesh Plaza hotel in Madurai
Pros:

Location is very good,just next to the Meenakshi temple.

Cons:

Walking with your luggage for a distance of 70 metres as cabs & three wheelers are not allowed to come in upto the hotel.

I will not recommend to book this property specially north Indian..... abusive language
Pros:

This is a pathetic property even they did not allow us to check in as they want extra money which we have booked on booking.com

Pros:

The best part about the room was its location. 10 on 10 on location. The room size is good and it is comfortable also. The road side window with a view of the Temple from the room was awesome. The bed and the linens were good.

Cons:

The bath room is extremely small and geyser is not available, nor any exhaust fan.
The request for cleaning the room fell into deaf ears.
The staff working there definately lacks knowledge on hospitality management and badly requires training on the same. They are extremely un co-operative and lacks communication skills.
