Lovely staff, very nice place!
Pros:

I would like to highlight the very kind and helpful manager and staff, who assisted us even in non-standard situations.
The food was very good; we even experienced a themed (banana) dinner.
They also arranged excursions for us, including pick-up directly from the accommodation.

Cons:

The following points are not complaints, but rather observations that did not bother us; however, they may be useful for others when choosing accommodation.

For two days, a group of teenagers was using the pool area in addition to the guests staying in the villas and rooms around the pool. As a result, there were not enough sun loungers available for our whole group for most of the day. However, since relaxing by the pool was not our priority, we did not raise this with the staff, so I am not sure whether they were guests from another part of the property or external visitors.

The villa we stayed in was spacious and very beautiful, and fans were available. However, I would like to point out something unusual for us: the space above the doors to each room was only covered with a wooden grille, so sound carried easily throughout the house, including from the bathrooms ;-)

Super Entspannung nach Meru Trekking
Pros:

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage mit wunderschönen Bungalows. Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Abendessen war verhältnismäßig teuer, aber sehr lecker.

Pros:

Tout était parfait, petit havre de paix. La localisation est parfait, nous y sommes restés après notre ascension du mont Méru la veille de notre vol.La nourriture est excellente et le personnel adorable. Ils nous ont permis de rester toute la journée sur place car notre vol était très tard.

Fantastic stay however the property should work on getting WiFi connection
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A huge shout out to the Manager who always ensured we were comfortable.
The rooms were really spacious and clean.
I would recommend this property to anyone planning to visit Arusha!!

Cons:

There wasn’t WIFI connection at all & no television in the rooms were the two downsides during our stay.

Een fantastisch mooie plek voor excursies in de buurt van Arusha met een zeer vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

De Safari Lodge heeft een heerlijk zwembad met daaromheen een aantal villa's en een goed verzorgde tuin. Soms zitten er aapjes in de bananen-bomen in de tuin. De huisjes zijn in stijl ingericht zijn zeer netjes, soms was er meerdere keren per dag een schoonmaker. Voor degenen die nog niet erg bekend zijn met Afrika is dit een prima iets om te starten. Het ligt op een beveiligd complex in een compound, er is ook s'nachts bewaking aanwezig. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en avondeten is voortreffelijk. Vooral echter is er persoonlijke aandacht van het personeel en dat maakt deze lodge tot een goede keuze.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets, maar als ik toch iets mag aangeven wat beter zou kunnen: de ingang is iets verder van de weg en had iets prominenter kunnen worden aangegeven, bv. met een mooi bord vanaf de hoofdweg, want ze mogen best trots zijn op hun verblijf !

Pros:

Staff were fantastic and so welcoming. Even arranged for a massage to be done in our room. Size of rooms are enormous! Really lovely. Also the pool was the cleanest pool I have ever seen.

Pros:

Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft zum Ankommen oder auch für den Abflug. Wir durften sogar etwas länger bleiben, da unser Flugzeug erst abends ging. Ein Lunch wurde für uns auch noch vorbereitet. Alle waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Tolle Oase nahe Arusha
Pros:

Diese Lodge ist einfach eine Oase! Wunderschön gepflegte Anlage und ausgezeichnetes Essen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hat uns einen wunderschönen Honeymoonabend ermöglicht!
Die Zimmer verfügen über alles was man sich wünscht und sind sauber!

hervorragende, kleine saubere Anlage mit Wohlfühlfaktor
Pros:

Kleine, saubere, sehr gepflegte Anlage, sehr ruhig und großzügig, nur 4 große Häuser, 8 Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten, sehr aufmerksames Personal und Hotelmanager der sich um die Gäste kümmert. Ein Gärtner der täglich alles grün, wie Hecken, Rasen in Ordnung bringt. Schöner Pool mit ruhigen Liegeflächen, kein Lärm von anderen Urlaubern.
Betten, Dusche, WC in einwandfreien Zustand.
Leckers Essen, Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend.
Hier darf man eigentlich keine Werbung machen, sonst ist das hier immer ausgebucht.

Cons:

Kaffee/Cappuccino beim Frühstück muss extra bezahlt werden.

Amazing accommodation- wish we stayed longer!
Pros:

Amazing property and team, greeted us late at night due to flight delays and were so warm and welcoming.

The facilities are great and the property was very clean. Some of the best food we had in our time in Tanzania!
