Jingju Hotel Shenzhen

This is my go-to hotel when I am in Shenzhen. They are dependable and reliable for non-Chinese speakers like me, where communication might be an issue. If a staff member cannot communicate, at least in English, we use translation APPs just perfectly. Staff are attentive to your needs. The bedrooms are a delight. The beds and pillows are comfy. The towels- fluffy. The toiletries- just what you need! Thank you for another home-away-from-home stay!

Wie waren sehr zufrieden mit der Lage und dem Zimmer. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, sauber und hatte einen tollen Blick. Der Blick vom Zimmer aus war fantastisch. Die Lage war für uns ausgezeichnet, um Futian zu erkunden. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Very nice clean room, metro accessible directly from the hotel building. Some nice options (tea, coffee, bakery) on the ground floor.

Localização boa, praticamente dentro de uma estação de metro em Shenzen. Também haviam opções de restaurantes nas redondezas do hotel e uma loja de conveniencias no térreo.

Café da manhã razoável. Localização excelente.

Czysto, przyjemnie, lokalizacja z patio na dole, gdzie można coś zjeść lub wypić - jest życie, dzieci, normalnie i nie tak sterylnie.

This is a dream

Die Lage war toll! Mit der MTR 2 (MTR 8) ist man ganz schnell an der Futian Station. Dort kann man dann den Gaotie nehmen oder die MTR, die zum Flughafen fährt.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und es gab sogar am Abend kleine Snacks und alles kostenlos.

Location,facilities,staff extremely helpful

Hotel is located on the highest floors of the skyscraper so views are amazing. Location is pretty central. Rooms are not so spacious as expected but not small either. Breakfast is not bad although i bit more chinese to follow interbational standards. Staff is very helpful

Unusually colorful. Based in a family oriented building. Very children friendly.

As other reviews have mentioned, the location of this hotel is incredibly convenient—it’s situated directly above Jingtian Station on Line 2, making it perfect for getting around the city with ease. The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant decor and an inviting atmosphere. The linens were luxuriously soft and high quality, making for a very comfortable stay. One unexpected highlight: the shampoo smelled amazing—just like pineapple gummy bears! Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and convenience.

This hotel is a fabulous 8.9 on Booking.com, because it is FABULOUS!
A great location! You fly into HK international, you switch to the Ferry (at airport) which takes you to Shekou Port in 30 minutes, then you get on to line 2 metro directly to the hotel (Jingtian), or line 12 and switch to line 9 on same platform. The exit at JINGTIAN is EXIT B, which takes you up an escalator INTO the building lobby where the hotel is located. Take elevator to 28th floor to check in. SIMPLE!
When checking out (apart from leaving your luggage with the concierge for late night flights), you take metro back to Shekou port, check-in at your airline counter, they take your luggage, you board the ferry, 30 minutes to HK International, you go catch your flight, and your luggage is transferred directly to the plane, and meets you at your destination. SIMPLE!
The staff are most helpful. If they do not speak English (lingua franca), they will communicate with a translator APP. The managers have English skills. Any correspondence or delivery arrives safely to the concierge.
The room is made up daily. Fresh towels, toiletries, and complimentary water/soda, daily. The hotel has beautiful calming decor. There is even a little R2D2 robot that moves around making deliveries.
To be noted, you might have a neighbouring suite with kids, who won't go to bed on time, ...that is to be expected.
As for food, like breakfast, before the restaurant opens when you have jet lag, waking up around 4 or 5am, there's a 24-hour McDonald's across the street, ...in time to catch the 14-minute train journey or 45-minute subway ride, between 6 and 7am at their respective locations in Shenzhen, for HONG KONG!
Again, a wonderful 8-day stay, with a park nearby. The metro station is situated perfectly to reach anywhere in Shenzhen swiftly. THANKS-A-MILLION!
