Peaceful, cute hotel
Pros:

The staff are attentive and friendly and you can see that the owners and staff take great care of the property. Our room was clean, the tv worked well and so did the air con. Even their cutlery was beautiful, when elsewhere, it is bogstandard. It is a cute, small hotel, so very peaceful. Their breakfast had a large variety, was cooked fresh and tasted delicious. I also liked that they had a small pool. There are two buildings and as far as I could tell, each room had outdoor space, either a balcony or a little private area outside their room to sit in.

Cons:

This isn't the hotel's fault at all, but the lake has retreated back by a few metres, so it no longer has the beach vibes that are shown on the photos. Unfortunately, the swing is no longer there either. In our room, sometimes, the WiFi was very slow but tbh, it gave us a nice break from technology.

Pros:

It’s a little bit out of the main part of Sapanca but that was good. An easy walk to the centre but also right on a lovely lakeside walking and bike path which are perfect for watching the sunset and exercising. Super helpful staff who were very accommodating with my limited Turkish.

The rooms were extremely humid, and the floor lacked heating, which made the stay uncomfortable. Upon entering, it took at least 60-75 minutes for the room to warm up even slightly

Amazing people, the lady at the reception was very very nice and her cooked food tasted everlasting.
Pros:

The Lady at the reception was so good that I can not express in words and the food she cooked herself was amazing. Everytime I go to Sapanca I will stay and recommend this hotel to everyone. We were provided a bicycle as well to go around in the town. Such an amazing experience staying at this place. Do not forget to eat pasta and the burger lady recommends
