Pros:

Location is very good , Clean rooms & bathrooms , Wi-Fi was good

Cons:

I didn’t meet any of them , lights were broken down & no one came to fix it
No one helped with luggage , my room was in the 3rd.floor with no elevator

Местоположение очень удобное - реальный плюс!

Cons:

Владелец данного гест хауса просто ужас. Турок , с очень плохим английским и максимально невежливыми манерами - чуть что ты его спросишь он отвечает , что если что-то не устраивает он отменит бронь и выселит тебя. На сообщения он нигде не отвечает вообще…и на месте его почти никогда нет. Вообщем не рекомендую

料金で考えると優良な宿だと思う。
Pros:

旧市街の中心地でメインどころの観光がしやすい。無料で使えるランドリーがある。料金の割に部屋が綺麗でかわいいつくり。このあたりは外食の料金がとても高いので、キッチンが使えるのは助かる。

Cons:

ホテルというより民泊なのでフロントがなく、アプリでしか連絡が取れない。部屋の照明がやや暗い。水が止まったりブレーカーが上がってしまったり、ファシリティ面で何かとトラブルがあった。

Cons:

Très forte odeur d’humidité dans la salle de bain de l’appartement au premier étage côté rue.

Great value and location
Pros:

Super location, very good value, spacious apartment. Great host that allowed luggage deposit in his own apartment. Charming.

Cons:

2nd bedroom had air from outside and leaked (we did not use it).

Мое прибывание в этом хостеле был 3 раз из всех скорей всего эта комната самая не уютная, очень маленькая, в ней не комфортно и было холодно, разложит вещи не куда, и при заезде мне написали какая комната, меня никто не встретил, я сама заселилась и выселилась

Я не проживала в том номере, который бронировала и за который полностью оплатила. По неизвестной мне причине произошла накладка с номером. После заселения выяснилось, что мой номер занят, и мне предоставили другую комнату, которая не соответствовала условиям бронирования и оплаченной сумме.
Я сразу связалась со службой поддержки Booking, где мне сообщили, что проблема будет решена, однако никаких реальных действий предпринято не было. Меня фактически оставили без помощи в сложившейся ситуации. На ресепшене ответственность за проблему переложили на меня, вместо того чтобы самостоятельно урегулировать вопрос.
В результате я была вынуждена прожить 3 дня в очень маленькой и холодной комнате, не соответствующей стандартам и стоимости проживания. Только спустя три дня меня переселили в более комфортный номер, однако и он не соответствовал тому номеру, который я изначально бронировала и оплатила.

Pros:

It's the most comfortable place which we have visited ever.
There're all for good life. I start with kitchen.
Kitchen have all kitchen equipments and even the dishwasher (you don't need to wash dish by hand) and the toaster. Staff make cafe every day in the morning (if it end you can ask about do more). There're teapots (and big endless pot with tea leaves) in which you can do some tea. Also you can find some meal, for example spices and cereals (or left something you don't need here). All room have own shelf in the fridge.
There's also common area. You can eat, relax or working here. You can find here small library which consists of travel guid and literature in many languages.
There's terrace in last floor. You can enjoy sunset, listen prayer and look at the Bosphorus.
Some about room: there are enough to living: big bed, wardrobe with hangers and bathrobe, bedside table. You can washing and drying (free!) you cloth in machine which situated in the balcony near the kitchen.
After all, The hotel is located in the center. It takes no more than 5-10 minutes to walk to any attraction or store.
