Very clean and modern and friendly staff
All was great
The hotel cancelled my booking a couple days before my visit. When there are no options to book anything in good prices and terms. Without any apologies. Moreover, they didn’t refuse directly through the service; instead, they wrote that they wouldn’t provide me with a room and asked me to cancel the reservation myself. It’s like in a bad taxi service — apparently, they want to avoid a fine as well.
I replied to them that I wanted to know the reason, to hear about another room option, and to understand why they weren’t canceling the reservation themselves. I still haven’t received a response. By the way, the Booking service didn’t do anything either.
The hotel carries risks; be careful when booking, as you might end up without a room at the last minute.
Отель отменил мою поездку за пару дней до моего визита. Когда адекватных по цене и предложению вариантов просто нет. Без извинений. Причем не отказал сам, через сервис, а написал, что не предоставит мне номер и попросил, чтобы я сам отменил бронь. Как в плохом такси, видимо чтобы также не нарваться на штраф.
Я написал им в ответ, что хочу узнать причину, услышать предложение другого номера, почему они сами не отменяют бронь. Ответа нет до сих пор. Служба сервиса Booking кстати тоже ничего не сделала.
Отель имеет риски, будьте аккуратны при бронировании, можно остаться без номера в последний момент.
Понравился дружелюбный персонал, дизайн помещений, высокий уровень сервиса. В номере все необходимое, все новое. Завтрак не в изобилии, зато можно нормально поесть, без притязаний.
Все было хорошо.
Лучший отель в этом году, ремонт как в Риксосе. Супер современный ремонт. Кровать идеальная. Завтрак отличный. Рядом море.

Lo staff è molto disponibile: ci hanno tenuto i bagagli per tre giorni mentre eravamo in tour nel deserto del Mangystau e ci hanno preparato la colazione prima dell’orario di apertura perché dovevamo correre in aeroporto.

Отличное расположение, просторный и чистый номер.
Люкс номер не соответствует. Кровать указали как Кинг сайз, но там даже не двух спальный, я бы сказала полутарка. А так все отлично, чисто, красиво, уютно. Персонал отзывчивый. Завтрак отличный, все есть
