Could have been better.
Pros:

The location. Very near to the temple and ellora caves.

Cons:

It is a pretty new property! However, the cleanliness is an issue. We saw a cockroach in our room and even the bathroom drain had the hair left from the previous visitors! All in all, we managed because we had to spend only the night before darshan and checked out 3 hours earlier than scheduled.

Hotel Mayur offers an affordable option in Ellora, while still being clean and comfortable. The staff helped coordinate to get our laundry cleaned for a reasonable amount through a 3rd party. We enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

Location is very convenient for the Omkareshwar temple and staff is very friendly.

Cons:

Room, bed sheet and comforter were dirty so asked to change the room. So they moved me in different room. Only one Glass for water were given which was dirty so asked staff to give 2 clean glasses.

Accessible location
Pros:

I stayed at Mayur Residency for 1 night with my wife & kid.
The location is great right on the main road and near to the Highway.
Also there are several restaurants nearby which was useful as the Hotel doesn't have a restaurant and doesn't provide breakfast/dinner.
The owner was helpful in providing suggestions for local attractions and restaurants.

Cons:

The Hotel doesn't have a restaurant and doesn't provide breakfast/dinner. So one has to visit other nearby restaurants for breakfast/lunch/dinner which can be difficult and uncomfortable.
Also the rooms were not clean as per the rates charged. Better cleaning and hygiene would have definitely helped.
The hotels doesn't have elevator/lift facility which can be issue if you are travelling with elderly person or have more luggage.

A bit expensive but fulfills all your requirements of a stay near the main attractions
Pros:

The staff was courteous and ready to help.
The hotel was close to the main attractions - ghrushneshwar jyotirlinga temple and ellora caves.

Cons:

I felt the price was a bit expensive for the size of the room. They do not have a restaurant so u need to go to nearby places. The staff directs you to the eateries at per ur requirements

Okay for one night but tariff too high
Pros:

Location is on road and 1 km to Grishneshwar temple. 5 mins by car from Ellora caves. Quiet and peaceful even though it is on a main road.

Cons:

Cleanliness was poor. Staff has no experience in hospitality. Too much tariff for one night stay. No intercom. Amenities will differ from room to room. You have to ask for basic things like water kettle.

i have booked so many hotels but this was one of my worst experience
Pros:

there was no breakfast notes or coffee in the morning , no toiletries, also cleanliness was absolutely bad . Overall there was no professionalism at all.
