Pros:

La ragazza alla reception gentilissima: ci ha dato ottimi consigli sui ristoranti ed è sempre stata molto disponibile e cordiale. Ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Veramente bravissima

Hotel sconsigliatissimo. Non fidatevi delle altre recensioni, probabilmente non sono viaggiatori

Quasi nulla. Ho scelto l'hotel per le sue ottime recensioni, che francamente non capisco. L'unica cosa positiva era la dimensione della stanza, e comunque avevo prenotato una deluxe, quindi era dovuto.

Cons:

Tutto. Hotel tenuto malissimo, il bagno, nella stanza deluxe, ma anche nella suite dei nostri amici, cadeva a pezzi. La famosa terrazza faceva schifo, la colazione era pessima. Quando siamo partiti abbiamo chiesto di prenotare un taxi e ci hanno fatto quasi perdere il treno, un disastro. La SPA vetusta e brutta. Rapporto qualità prezzo osceno. Assolutamente sconsigliato

Cons:

Воняло периодически из раковины или из-за окна, то рыбой, то мочой. В последний день поднялись в бар на террасе и заказали 2 порции виски- ждали 20 минут, в итоге выяснилось, что менеджер поехал в магазин его покупать и нас даже не предупредили о таком неадекватно долгом ожидании.

Хороший отель, вкусные завтраки. В номерах ежедневная уборка, полотенца и постельное белье белоснежные.

Cons:

Заказывали дополнительно массаж за 25 долларов, не понравился от слова вообще.

Pros:

We had a wonderful vacation here. The location was ideal, the breakfast was generous and very comprehensive, also catering excellently to vegetarians. The sauna and spa area were a lovely addition and especially enjoyable to use on cooler, rainy days. The staff were extremely friendly — especially Aziza at the reception, who exceeded all expectations of customer service with her helpfulness and kindness.

Cons:

Cleaning of the rooms happened at very odd times so we weren't really prepared for that. But that was just a small issue

Chambres très bien et propres. Personnel très agréable merci à tous. Inclus 1h de spa gratuit par jour (hammam, jaccuzi, piscine, sauna) privatisé pour les groupes d'amis. Massages en supplément.
