Pros:

Хорошая локация. Основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности, но при этом тихое и спокойное место! Приятный и услужливый персонал, готовый всегда помочь. Спасибо Азизе на ресепшн, не только всегда помогала по возникающим вопросам, но и рассказывала про Самарканд, сориентировала где можно поесть лучший в городе плов и прочее.

Cons:

Не работал мини холодильник. В пульте ТV не было батареек))

Не тратьте свое время и не ищите отель лучше, чем этот в Самарканде. Мы здесь провели три дня и получили огромное удовольствие и от отеля, и от персонала. Отдельное спасибо менеджеру рецепции Азизе. По приезду она предложила улучшенный номер бесплатно. И впоследствие, любая наша просьба была встречена с пониманием. Любой вопрос был немедленно решен положительно (например, нам понадобилась морозильная камера и Азиза нам ее предоставила). В последний день мы попросили остаться еще на два часа сверх установленного времени, и в этот момент тоже пошли нам навстречу. Завтраки - сверх ожиданий, локация - 5-7мин пешком от Регистана.

Всё было просто супер!

Pros:

The location is great as it is within walking distance of the Registan and of other landmarks in the city. The rooms are spacious and the staff really caring. Special thanks to Aziza at the reception for her help and kindness, she knows how to make visitors feel at home!

Cleanliness is way below the standard. We stayed in other hotels throughout our trips paying the same amount but it was top notch.

Недалеко от центра, рядом площадь Регистан.
Чисто красиво в номерах.
