Pros:

Excellent hôtel que je recommande sans hésiter ! L’emplacement est tout simplement parfait : idéalement situé, il permet de rejoindre facilement les principales attractions.

Le service est irréprochable. Toute l’équipe est accueillante, souriante, professionnelle et toujours prête à aider.

Le petit-déjeuner est un autre véritable point fort : il est d’excellente qualité, très varié et composé de produits frais.
La piscine et le spa apportent également une vraie valeur ajoutée au séjour. Les installations sont agréables, bien entretenues et parfaites pour se détendre après une journée de visite.

Les chambres sont confortables, propres et bien entretenues, très bon rapport qualité-prix. J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir lors de mon prochain séjour.

Отличный отель! Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, каждый найдет что-то по своему вкусу. Номер был чистым, уютным и комфортным, уборка проводилась регулярно. Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый. Особенно понравилась уютная терраса с большим проектором, где по вечерам было приятно смотреть футбольные матчи. Удобное расположение — всего около 10 минут пешком до Регистана. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель!

Amazing hotel, room was clean and they clean also it regulary. It's very comfortable and walking distance to the center. Breakfast was tasty with a variety of choices. Staff was kind and helpfull. Very good value for the money, big recommendation

Hotel pulito, comodo e ben tenuto. Le camere sono confortevoli e la struttura offre una discreta varietà di servizi per rendere il soggiorno piacevole.

Una menzione speciale per Aziza della reception: sempre sorridente, gentilissima e super disponibile. Ha risposto a ogni nostra domanda e si è adoperata per farci sentire a casa. Ha senz'altro contribuito a rendere il soggiorno speciale!

Cons:

Andava tutto bene, non c'erano aspetti negativi da menzionare.

Wouldn’t book here again nor recommend it.

I liked being able to walk to Registan Square. Also liked the buffet breakfast

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable (hard) and difficult to sleep on. I folded up blankets to sleep on top of and finally got some sleep. But what bothered me most of all was seeing how they treated my friend; they gave her a bad smelling room (there were plumbing issues in her room but also in the pool room showers) and framed it as an “upgrade”. On the last day, they then charged her for this higher priced room, rather than the price of the room she’d actually booked. Atrocious.

- Le petit déjeuner et le roof top étaient très bien.
- Bon emplacement.

Cons:

- Ascenseur en panne pendant 3 jours.
- Piscine sous réservation avec 1h max, très décevant.
- Le ménage n’est pas au niveau du standing ( serviette de salle bain, poils sur le lit,…).
- Personnel accueillant juste pour un avis Google.

Pros:

Hotel semplice e funzionale, la camera che mi è stata assegnata era luminosa e pulita. La colazione è varia: dolce e salata. La agazza alla reception, Aziza, è stata molto gentile e disponibile sin dal momento del mio arrivo e ha soddisfatto tutte le mie richieste.

Przepiękny i bardzo przestronny apartament, sympatyczny i pomocny personel (szczególnie podziękowania dla Pani Azizy), ładny maly basen ze strefą SPA, smaczne śniadania w świetnie zlokalizowanej restauracji na ostatnim piętrze (z tarasem i widokiem na miasto).
