Big modern comfy rooms with great breakfast
Pros:

Lovely modern hotel with massive rooms and bathrooms. Nice quiet location away from the crowds but still close to Registan square. Great breakfast...great value for money..

Wspaniały pobyt
Pros:

Czysto. Pokój ładny duży wygodny. Wszystkie niezbędne kosmetyki były. Nawet kapcie czy szczoteczka i pasta do zębów na w razie czego. Wanna. Taras na górze bardzo przyjemny. Do Registanu przyjemny spacer. Do pozostałych atrakcji podjeżdżaliśmy taxi. Z basenu nie zdążyliśmy skorzystac. WiFi ok.

Cons:

Byliśmy dwie noce. Pokój nie był posprzątamy i pilot od tv nie działał. Proponowano drugiego dnia zmianę pokoju ale nie skorzystaliśmy

Pros:

Отличный отель, завтраки просто шикарные, Регистан в пешей доступности. Персонал замечательный и во всем помогал, отдельное спасибо Азизе. Номера тоже отличные , бассейн для города весьма хорош

Fantastic stay and super friendly staff
Pros:

- really comfortable and spacious room with all the amenities you need
- swimming pool and sauna which you can rent for 1 hour / day.
- good location, in side street so it’s quiet and it’s in walking distance to most attractions.
- super friendly staff - the most excellent of my Uzbekistan trip - special thanks to Aziza who let me check in more early, gave me an amazing room upgrade and is also very good in finding things 😂

Pros:

A good mid-range hotel, not right in the center but still not far from the attractions. A great concept, though some areas are already in need of renovation.

Cons:

The breakfast is good, but the selection doesn’t change from day to day. It’s also a shame that the sunshade on the terrace isn’t opened, so it’s not possible to have breakfast outside.

A relaxing stay in Samarkand
Pros:

We had a great stay here, very relaxing after coming back from the Fann mountains. We enjoyed a massage in their SPA! The pool area was a bit cold though, so we didn't spend there as much time as expected. Breakfast was great, the staff was really kind and helpful, and they have a free luggage storage, which we used while we spent some days visiting Bukhara.

Cons:

We stayed there twice. The room on the 3rd floor was missing a bit of care - shower curtain looked old, the night lamps were not working, etc. The second stay we had a room on the 1st floor which was much more comfortable.

Nice location and kind and helpful staff.
Pros:

The location was very great to visit the main sites. Our receptionist, Aziza was amazing, very nice and helpful. She gave us tipps and helped us with every questions. The other receptionists were also very nice. Room was nice and the bed was very big and comfortable. We received free bottled water every day.

Cons:

The only “negative” things in our stay was the breakfast. We did not eat breakfast even though paid for it because the selection did not seem fresh and almost all things were cut and opened, left out in the air which is not very helpful for travellers with sensitive stomachs. It was also not clear if the water was tap or bottled. I would recommend improving this as the hotel and staff & location is really good.

A good hotel in a nice place
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, especially the lady at the reception and the cleaning girls.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the spa was not working and the swimming pool was very cold.
