If AC was working it would be 10/10. but no working so 6/10 for me.
Pros:

Has swimming pool and sauna.

Cons:

AC not working. Tried changing room but did not help. Maybe unlucky. But they need service for AC.

Everything was perfect, clean room, beautiful terrace, the staff is so professional and helpful especially Bobur Aziza and Yusuf, nice pool, good breakfast and good location close to Registan.

Хороший отель, цена качество соответствует. В номере имеются тапочки, зубные щетки, холодильник, чайник (чай, кофе, вода). Завтраки входили в стоимость, однообразные, но перекусить можно (яичница, каша, фрукты), имеется кофемашина. Персонал вежливый, решают вопросы мгновенно. Месторасположение нормальное, мы везде передвигались на такси. Есть бассейн, ходили один раз, холодный, находится на -1 этаже помещение вместе с сауной. Чтобы сходить нужно заранее записаться.
Из минусов, жесткий матрас и полотенца застиранные, не хватает свежести, пора обновить.

Отличное расположение, близко до всех достопримечательостней.
На 4 этаже отличная терраса, где можно отдохнуть вечером, попить пиво, покурить кальян.
Персонал вежливый и радушный.
Завтраки разнообразные, широкий ассортимент еды на любой вкус. Было вкусно.

Cons:

К сожалению, попалось грязное полотенце с пятнами. Постельное белье тоже было грязносерого цвета.
После уборки номера в ванной остались длинные волосы от горничной.
Размер номера отличается от фото в меньшую сторону.

A bit disappointed

A friendly staff and close to the Registan

Cons:

The Spa just worked by appointment and the pool area was unattended. The air conditioner of our room didn't cooling properly and it was a bit hot

Havuzuna ailece rezervasyon yapıp 1 saat kullanabiliyorsunuz.. resepsiyonda ki personel bayan çok yardımcı ve guler yuzluydu.

Cons:

Çarşaf temizliği daha iyi olabilir. Biraz eskilerdi.

Wanted to stay 2 nights but extended to 4. Great location; 15 mins on foot from Registan squaere. Nice room, helpful staff. Terrace on the top of the hotel.

Cons:

Laundry in the basement can be disturbing in the mornings.
