l'accueil très sympathique, comme toujours au Japon.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas compris la note "Fabuleux" sur Booking.
36000 yens pour une nuit dans une toute petite chambre où on a eu peine à poser nos valises, en compagnie des nombreuses punaises, le chien de la chambre voisine qui a aboyé régulièrement en pleine nuit...
36000 yens avec juste le café et le thé offert! Si le dîner et petit déjeuner avaient été inclus, on aurait pu dire " bien".
J'ai payé le même prix qu'à Nikko pour un grand logement neuf avec cuisine et salle de bain, hyper bien équipé...
Je pense que Nikko est au moins aussi prisé que Hibara, non?
En résumé, à 16 000 yens, je peux recommander, à 36000 yens, passez votre chemin.

Pros:

This place is amazing, it's calm and quiet, the staff are all really nice. The dinner is amazing with so many delicious dishes.
We borrow the canoe for 2 hours, enjoying the time traveling around the lake. Overall it's a great experience, the whole family are very happy with it.

Exceptional
Pros:

I sought something special for a nice trip to the Inawashiro area, and this (a bit remote) place was a most welcome stay just for that little something. Having a sauna and avanto in the cold of January is a must try! The meals they prepared and everything was perfect. The staff is friendly and nice and eager to have a pleasant conversation any time. As we were traveling without a car, we took a taxi to it but the next day we were offered a ride back to the station. Overall we couldn't be happier about our stay.

A hidden gem!
Pros:

Beautifully location, quiet and relaxing. An outdoor sauna is available followed by a quick dip in the lake. I added the BBQ dinner which was delicious with local products and had so many plates!!! Definetely the owner, chef made a great dinner! The breakfast followed with fresh breads, salad, eggs, sausage… top quality products. A place I must return!
