Elevador malo, baños sin puertas, reservamos desayuno a las 7.30 y eran las 8.00 y el comedor cerrado, nos tuvimos que ir sin desayuno, por lo que cancelamos la 2a noche

El ascensor no funcionaba, La piscina no estaba disponible, El sistema que usaban para cobrar no soportaba mis tarjetas (tuve que pagar en efectivo cambiando Dolares en una casa de cambios)

Pros:

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to renovations and we weren’t informed until arrival but received an offer of a discount by the most lovely staff.
It was my daughter’s birthday during our stay and the room was decorated with a card and roses and petal decorations on the bed. She loved the surprise. All staff are lovely and added to the enjoyment of our stay

Décevant pour une arrivée tardive sur Bali
Cons:

Nous avons été surpris et déçus en arrivant de l’aéroport de ne pas avoir été informés que le restaurant etait fermé, avec impossibilité de manger quoi que ce soit ni même de prendre son petit déjeuner le lendemain.
