Perfect geregeld!
Pros:

Hotel is schoon ook de kamers zijn schoon en netjes. Kamers zijn ruim en voorzien van alles tot aan een koffietafel met apparaat en grote tv. Douches zijn ook voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt: shampoo 2/1 handdoeken, föhn.

Empfehlenswert für einen Aufenthalt auf der Durchreise oder zum/vom Flughafen.
Pros:

3 Bett Zimmer war sehr groß.
Vielfältiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Badezimmerfenster ohne Rollo/Milchglas oder sonstiges war etwas „offenherzig“, obwohl gegenüber nur Bäume waren.

Neues Hotel mit teilweise Mängeln aber viel Potenzial und professionellem Umgang bei Mängeln
Pros:

Das Hotel ist neu (aus 2024) und daher wirkt alles auch noch neuwertig und modern. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Wir mussten leider bei einem Aufenthalt von vier Nächten zwei Mal das Zimmer wechseln wegen unterschiedlicher Mängel. Aber uns wurde ohne zu zögern umgehend jeweils ein neues Zimmer gegeben. Und als Entschuldigung gab es jeweils ein kostenfreies Getränk. Den Umgang mit unseren Reklamationen haben wir als professionell empfunden. Und das dritte Zimmer war dann auch einwandfrei und sehr schön. Man hat aus dem 4. Stock zur Südseite sogar etwas Bergblick. Das Frühstück ist gut mit einer angemessenen Auswahl.

Cons:

Der Umstand, dass wir überhaupt zwei Mal das Zimmer wechseln mussten - und das bei einem Aufenthalt von vier Nächten - ist natürlich nicht das, was man sich wünscht. Auch die Mängel (1. Zimmer: Fleck auf Bettlaken, Draht schaut bei Bett heraus (Verletzungsgefahr), 2. Zimmer: Fernseher funktionierte nicht, Duschkopf auseinander gefallen, Aussenrollo funktionierte nicht - sind für ein neues Hotel eher ungewöhnlich. Man muss wohl etwas Start-up Mentalität mitbringen. Denn das Hotel bringt eigentlich Potenzial mit und - wie bei der positiven Bewertung geschrieben - ist man mit unserer Reklamation auch professionell umgegangen. Die Parkplatzsituation in dem Gewerbegebiet ist unter der Woche sehr angespannt und es kann passieren, dass man auch mal 300-400m zu seinem Auto laufen muss, wenn man die EUR 10 für die TG nicht zahlen möchte und keinen der 3-5 kostenfreien Parkplätze direkt am Hotel erwischt. Dass man erst nach ca. 2 Jahren die Wegweiser-Schilder für die Zimmer(nummern) aufhängt, haben wir als ungewöhnlich empfunden.

Si può fare meglio
Pros:

Hotel nuovo e molto tecnologico, colazione molto a vasta e molto diversificata.

Cons:

Siamo stati un pò sfortunati per il fatto che la nostra camera aveva un problema con le tapparelle e l'aria condizionata. Ma una volta avvisato il personale hanno provveduto a darcene una sostitutiva perfettamente funzionante.
Parcheggio sotteraneo a pagamento, noi non abbiamo pagato perchè eravamo in moto e fortunatamente ci stava fuori dalla porta dell'hotel nei parcheggi di servizio.
