Beautiful place, but unfortunately not well kept.

Location and view to the sea are perfect.
Staff is not helpful, we were told that in the winter season breakfast is not available, but the morning we left we saw other guests being served breakfast.

Our room was missing blankets and bedlinen, plus balcony let, and all our rooms were missing daily supplied toilet paper(!). Rooms were untidy and not even trash was picked up daily. When we notified the staff, we were told that in the wintertime rooms are cleaned only every second day, but we where not informed about it before check in.

Central location, great views and value for money
Pros:

Breakfast was typical Turkish with lots of cheeses and cucumbers, yogurt and olives. Served under the trees on the banks of the Mediterranean. The Hotel is very well located to central Kas and is just a short walk to the ancient amphitheater.

Cons:

The sun loungers are very cramped on the deck, this is obviously to fit everyone in but it is something to be aware of if you like your space.

The hotel is on the quieter, better side of town - perfectly placed in my opinion.
Pros:

This hotel is perfectly placed, a stones throw from the town and right on the sea front. The view from our sea view room was fantastic. There is a nice terrace for your breakfast or alternatively a grassed area under the trees. The sun decks are great and give you direct access to the sea, which is clear and deep, great for swimming (not good for non or less confident swimmers).

Cons:

It is hard to find something to criticise.

Lovely room. Very clean. Beautiful views. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food . Stunning setting for breakfast. Perfect spot for a dip and lots of sun loungers. Very close to everything and lovely restaurants on the street. Would definitely stay again 😁
