Extremely disappointed with the hotel

Location - was near to Hyderabad Deccan Railway Station

Cons:

Got checkin late, Size of the room was small,it didn't match with the photos shown. TV recharge was not done, AC was not working. Early morning hot water for bath was not available.

Disappointing Service and Misleading Descriptions

On my personal request, they agreed to check out at 12:30 pm

The quality and service fell short of expectations.

The room did not match the standards described at the time of booking on the online portal. When I raised these concerns with your customer care team, the matter was ignored, and no corrective actions were taken to improve the situation. Despite paying all charges in full before check-in, I have yet to receive a proper tax invoice.

Refund process is almost Impossible from your portal. No response on emails and customer service.

Cons:

I have cancelled my booking with Booking ID C4JXOD because the information provided on your portal is not correct. Upon booking it shows premium room 200 sqft are but when I entered at the property it was very tiny and about below 120sqft. I have paid an amount of 5803 Rupees before entering the property and did not checked in becoz It's very uncomfortable for me and my family and lack of basic amenities as well.I felt very inconvenience because your management and portal.

Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was very polite and helpful, and the location was perfect. Would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again.
