Very convenient location with good simple complimentary breakfast
Pros:

Good location. Close to bus stop & subway.

Cons:

Strong smoking odor coming through the bathroom ventilation? The hotel restricting smoking inside. And not sure how the smoking odor coming into my room and bathroom.

450 тысяч за 3 дня и еще просить по 50 тысяч за день доплату и 50 что бы раньше заехать, это дорого очень.

Удобные большие кровати. Расположение, отличное. Вода и напитки дают каждый день.

Cons:

Грязь, утром у лифта был использованный презерватив. Дверь была сломана. Мало принадлежностей для ванны. Номер был со штукатуркой на стенах. Шумоизоляция плохая. Персонал просил доплаты по 50 тысяч за день, плюс 50 тысяч за то что бы заехать в 15:00, а не в 20:00 Карл! У кого вообще такой поздний заезд?!

Nice experience of suburbs. Definitely a good and cost effective choice for a concert goer.
Pros:

I liked that the room had double doors - so there was no noise from the hallway or other rooms. The room was very big and comfortable. I liked that the bathroom had a separate door. The bathroom was also very big with a full size bathtub. I attended a concert at Goyang stadium, and it was close enough using a bus and I enjoyed the suburbs.

Cons:

The room had a large TV screen and 2 gaming computers plus 2 rather large monitors. I don't play games, and I never watch TV from my bed so it was a little unsightly. The location was hard to find but it may be just me. I heard much noise from outside as there were many karaoke rooms and restaurants/bars.

Excellent value
Pros:

Nice location. Close to buses and subway and lots of restaurants. Clean and spacious.
Had free coffee and toast with jam in lobby.

Cons:

Staircase was full of laundry bags. In case of fire or emergency and you need to use stairs in the dark this could be dangerous.

쿰쿰한 냄새가 너무 나서 충격이였어요,,, 담배냄새도 나고 쿰쿰한 남자냄새가 ,,,,, 냄새만 아니였다면 괜찮았을텐데 창문열어놓고 한시간동안 나갔다가 왔어요ㅠ 베개에서도 머릿내가 나서 화나더라고요,, 청결에 좀 신경써야 할듯 합니다 벽에 먼지도 많았구요,,

Cons:

When I arrived around 18:00 my room wasn’t ready because the staff forgot to book my room.
The bed is very hard and noisy.
They clean nearby rooms in the night and they are very loud.
The cardkey doesn’t work sometimes.
You get a random room. Not what’s in the picture.
The staff is very unprofessional.
They tried to give me a cheaper room without mentioning the price before I asked.

Convenient but cigarette smell
Pros:

Very spacious room, friendly staff, easy to find the location, close to all facilities I needed in the nearby parks you can even find fitness equipment. There’s even a small dining where you can prepare noodles and other easy foods. If you want to watch TV: the screen is massive.

Cons:

As everywhere in Korea the beds were very hard. It smelled of cigarettes in the room and hallway, after a day of airing the room the smell was less but the room was cold. We booked a non-smoking room and in the room there were signs stating ‘no smoking’. During the night the hallway was very noisy, it felt like there’s a lot of partying going on here.
