Loved the actual hotel/view. However, it would vastly improve the hotel if it had spa facilities
Pros:

I had a problem with one of the bar staff regarding a payment she overcharged me and was supposed to reimburse me but instead took a further £16 out of my account she did finally get it right but it didn't do In my account t unil two days later.
The hotel was clean generally good staff but a lot of waiting to be served.
Very disappointing that such a large beautiful hotel did not have a sauna/steam or Jacuzzi it would have really improved it. I feel this is particularly important during bad weather.

Cons:

There was no sauna/ spa jacuzzi which would have been great during the appalling weather.
Staff were very slow and made mistakes 😕

Pros:

Decent hotel with friendly staff. Decor very dated and it was expensive too.
Pros:

Good location and a decent breakfast

Cons:

The WiFi was terribly intermittent and the 4G non existent so it made communication very difficult

Cons:

Very very overpriced
We paid £378 for two nights and didn’t even include break. Very disappointing!
We expected more for the money we paid

Definitely not value for money.
Cons:

Charged for parking just because I didn't book direct. I found this quite mean spirited. Also £16 for breakfast yet the coffee was instant or from a canteen style self service machine.
