Мы с подругой решили отдохнуть от городской суеты, aвтомобильных выхлопов и прочих проблем ! Выбрaли Chagala Bautino Hotel зaбронировaли и в путь! При подъезде к отелю были приятно удивлены его рaсположением отель нaходится нa берегу небольшого зaливa Кaспийского моря!!! Летом прекрaсное место для купaния,очень чистaя водa!Встретили нaс очень приветливо,оперaтивно оформили и мы зaселились!Номер превзошел все ожидaния!!!Очень комфортный, с бaлконом. Большaя (очень удобнaя кровaть),рaбочий столик,встроенный"буфет"для чaйных принaдлежностей с холодильником,встроенные плaтельные шкaфы! Все в отличном состоянии!!!Чистотa идеaльнaя!!!!! Теперь о питaнии! Зaвтрaк у нaс входил в стоимость.Тaкое рaзнообрaзие блюд,фруктов и овощей,выпечки.нaпитков я не нaблюдaлa в отелях очень дaвно! Большaя блaгодaрность руководству отеля зa прекрaсную оргaнизaцию сервисa и персонaлу зa внимaние и отзывчивость!

Что особенно порадовало:

Сервис и обслуживание: Персонал невероятно вежливый, внимательный и отзывчивый. Любой вопрос решается мгновенно, чувствуется искренняя забота о гостях.

Ресторан и кухня: Работа поваров и официантов — отдельный восторг! Повара удивляют оригинальной подачей и невероятно вкусными, необычными блюдами, а официанты работают слаженно, предупредительно и создают особую душевную атмосферу за столом.

Территория и безопасность: Территория отеля безупречно чистая и ухоженная. Отдельный плюс — круглосуточная охрана на автостоянке, за машину можно быть абсолютно спокойным.

Досуг и спорт: Отличные спортивные площадки для тех, кто любит активный отдых. Вечером приятно провести время в стильном баре с хорошим выбором напитков или расслабиться за просмотром фильма в собственном кинозале отеля.

Расположение: Море находится в шаговой доступности — буквально пару минут, и ты уже на пляже!

Отличный баланс комфорта, безопасности, гастрономического удовольствия и развлечений. Прекрасный выбор как для семейного отдыха, так и для поездки с друзьями!

Pros:

Best hotel we had in Kazakhstan. Friendly (!), professional, English speaking staff. Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms with all facilities. Great view over a bay of the Caspian sea. Very good breakfast with a wide variety of choices.

Pros:

понравилось все, отдельное спасибо девушке на ресепшн Гулназ которая отдала на время вазу для цветов, без нее пропали бы)) Номер уютный и чистый, все есть для ночевки и впрочем для проживания надолго. Слышал что сюда заезжают в частности вахтовики и по командировкам. Завтрак шикарный - есть что выбрать, ресторан красивый с приятной музыкой👍🏻 Оценил так же работу охраны, впервые вижу как при выезде с отеля охранник лично выходит и регулирует дорогу, видно что придерживаются правил безопасности для гостей. Рекомендую всем туристам и командировочным;)

Pros:

Good reception staff, good breakfast. Rooms as expected - clean, well looked after

Cons:

Two days running tried to order from the a la carte menu and both days we were initially told we had to have the buffet, despite the hotel’s documentation saying a la carte was available before 8:30. Barman never in bar! Hotel mainly catered for dockworkers and our needs as tourists were less well catered for.
