суперский отель в округе
Pros:

понравилось все, отдельное спасибо девушке на ресепшн Гулназ которая отдала на время вазу для цветов, без нее пропали бы)) Номер уютный и чистый, все есть для ночевки и впрочем для проживания надолго. Слышал что сюда заезжают в частности вахтовики и по командировкам. Завтрак шикарный - есть что выбрать, ресторан красивый с приятной музыкой👍🏻 Оценил так же работу охраны, впервые вижу как при выезде с отеля охранник лично выходит и регулирует дорогу, видно что придерживаются правил безопасности для гостей. Рекомендую всем туристам и командировочным;)

Could be so much better
Pros:

Good reception staff, good breakfast. Rooms as expected - clean, well looked after

Cons:

Two days running tried to order from the a la carte menu and both days we were initially told we had to have the buffet, despite the hotel’s documentation saying a la carte was available before 8:30. Barman never in bar! Hotel mainly catered for dockworkers and our needs as tourists were less well catered for.

Неожиданно профессиональный отель у бухты Баутино
Pros:

Отель понравился чистотой и профессиональным персоналом. В номере есть холодильник, даётся два литра воды и много чая. Номера имеют балконы, что очень удобно. Вечерами и ночами в Баутино приятная погода. Отель имеет большую парковку. Завтраки и ужины разнообразные и вкусные. Вечером в баре отеля есть много чем заняться.

Cons:

Отель ориентирован на вахтовиков и стандартные номера не имеют места для детских кроватей.

Everything was perfect
Pros:

Very nice staff, girls at reception Asel and Gulnaz were helpful and also super nice!!! Explained me everything I needed and helped me with my bar order😀 Room was clean and good looking, the sea view was quite spectacular!
Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food to choose from, restaurant employees were very friendly! Can’t wait to come back in summer

Pros:

The hotel is right on the beach, which is nice.
My room was full of light, tastefully decorated and comfortable.
The hotel provides two one liter bottles of water and the necessary to make tea, which I appreciated.
The staff at the reception desk speaks goid English and is incredibly helpful.

Cons:

The aggressive/disrespectful way the security at the gate treated the friend who drove me.
