Pros:

I like their Xiaojun smart assistant. The room looks quite clean, but I would still recommend using disposable towels for better hygiene.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit far from the metro station, and several taxi drivers had trouble locating it. On my last day, I asked the hotel to arrange a taxi for me, but it was quite expensive — the ride to the airport via the highway cost RMB 110.

10점 만점에 10점입니다. 직원들 모두 친절합니다.
최신 시설로 이용하는데 매우 흡족 했습니다. 주변에 대형 쇼핑몰도 있고, 중국 전통 시장도 있으며, 먹자 골목처럼 다양한 먹거리가 많은 식당가도 있습니다.
또한 다른 중국 호텔과 다르게 담배 냄새가 전혀 안 납니다.
아침 조식 최고 입니다. 고급 호텔 못지 않게 종류도 다양하고, 맛도 있어서 여유롭고 고급스럽게 아침 조식 먹었습니다.

Excelente opção em Shenzhen
Pros:

Hotel bem localizado junto a um centro financeiro, com conveniência, fast-food e restaurantes integrados ao edifício. Estação de metrô XinAn Park bem próxima. Shopping HaiYa Mega Mall bem próximo. Café da manhã muito bom com culinária oriental e ocidental. Quarto confortável e bem equipado.

Cons:

Um pouco de dificuldade com o pessoal da recepção. A maioria só fala a língua nativa.

Comfortable stay with modern amenities
Pros:

It was a very pleasant stay at the Pagoda. Comfortable shower and bed, modern design and facilities. Breakfast was great and they also offered late snacks at 9pm on the 14th floor.

Cons:

The only issue was that the first room we were given stunk of string cigarette smell, but staff promptly swapped room for us.

Pros:

前台服务特别好，我带的武汉鸭脖子前台帮我放在冰箱冷藏，走时拿出来还提醒我尽快吃完，防止坏了，由于我头一晚比较晚到，晚上没有休息好，第二天睡到中午，前台还特批延长了我的退房时间，让我第二天白天得以休息。酒店早餐也丰盛，洗衣服务特别方便，还提供烘干机。酒店设计时尚，空间感不错。总之，下次还会再来酒店入住。

If shenzhen, then Pagoda hotel
Pros:

This was short but perfect stay, room was nice, comfortable and really clean, ther were all toiletries, big tv and small fridge with some drinks.
The room was smart, you could control eveything with a tablet. But the breakfast was the greatest - so much to choose from, fresh fruit, local cuisine - just the best. Big thank you the the staff - you are all great. Thank you
