Pros:

Hotel right in the downtown of Shizuoka, it was very convenient. The staff were friendly and the room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. I appreciated having two pillows. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The heavy door at the entrance was hard to open with a suitcase, but it's likely as the hotel is on a busy footpath. The cleaning was good, but more attention could have been paid to the bathroom fan or the light. It was pretty gross. However, everything else was clean. Like the other reviews, I felt like there was a mould or musty smell after using the shower. No luggage rack for some reason.

静岡の城下町の品格をコンパクトにまとめた上品なホテル
Pros:

施設は大変清潔で洗練されており、客室のデザイン、備品のクオリティが極めて高かったです。
特に、ドライヤーがsaron を導入していて、他のホテルにグッと差をつけていた。（大抵のホテルは、パワー不足のかわいらしいドライヤーが置いてあるだけなので今回はその細部までのこだわりがとても嬉しかった）
また、毎回楽しみなのが朝食。四川風おかゆは中華街でも出会えない美味。また、静岡名物をちゃんと取り入れており、桜エビと駿河湾しらすのオムレツはもはや芸術的で大変美味しかった。我が故郷静岡に帰省する楽しみが凝縮された見事なホテルである。

Cons:

強いて言えば、部屋を広く見せるために、バストイレはガラス戸で仕切られているのだが、（それは素敵なので良い）洗面台に行く度に、トイレの蓋センサーが反応して蓋が開くのがやや煩わしかった。毎回開かなくて良いので。しかしながら、全く問題なく素晴らしいサービスの数々なホテルなので、静岡に用事がある際は迷わずこのホテルを選んでいる。

ぱっと見綺麗。ベッドが大きい。

Cons:

ホテル入り口ドアが重たい手動の押し引きするタイプのドアです。重たいキャリーケース等がある人は大変だと思います。
お風呂にお湯を溜め始めたらとてもカビ臭くなり、入浴時間が不快でした。換気扇の中も埃がすごく見えましたし、洗面器の後ろに汚れがついていたりしました。

よかった！
Pros:

部屋が綺麗でとても広い。アメニティも質がとてもよかったです。朝ごはんも美味しいし、レストランが広々としていました。

Cons:

部屋が最初少し異臭がした。前の方の体臭かな？ホテルのせいではないと思うのだが、空気洗浄機があったので助かりました。
