No Internet and dirty room .
Cons:

The receptionist was very un helpfull I reported that I could not get any Internet due to poor signal but she did not try to help me. The room was not clean and the bedside table did not get cleaned during my 3 night stay.

Nice but a/c above...very loud
Pros:

Staff and ambience was nice

Cons:

The air conditioners compressor from the room above mine was so very badly in need of repair or replacement, that i hardly managed sleeping at all....as in...deafening. even my earplugs did little to cut the noise.

The room certainly showed signs of wear and neglect.

I am not a particularly picky traveler, but this was glaring
