Great place to stay
Pros:

Great place to stay, and i would definitely book again. Staff (reception and waitress and cook) were all friendly and helpful and wanting to make our stay as good as possible, which it was. Lovely breakfast, very comfortable bed and room.

Cons:

It would be great if the water pressure and temperature in the shower could be a little higher.

Bellissima struttura per un soggiorno rilassante
Pros:

Struttura bellissima immersa nella natura dei vigneti, offre tutte le comodità dal parcheggio privato, alla piscina e un bellissimo ristorante. Ottima la colazione. La camera è attrezzata del necessario e i prodotti per l'igiene di qualità. Letti e cuscini molto comodi. In generale un ambiente molto elegante e piacevole dove trascorrere del tempo di qualità e relax. Personale cortese e disponibile.

Cons:

La corrente nella camera (e forse nella struttura) ha continuato a saltare durante la sera e al mattino (mi sono ritrovata in bagno al buio per due volte) sicuramente sarà qualcosa che devono risolvere. Il bagno, sebbene bello e di design, non presentava una luce per lo specchio rendendo l'ambiente molto buio per esempio per truccarsi e la doccia walk-in era letteralmente con le piastrelle scivolose e pericolose. Piccoli accorgimenti che possono migliorare l'efficienza della struttura. Gli infissi delle finestre non insonorizzati rendevano i rumori dei muri esterni importanti, incluse le discussioni dei vicini di camera.

Красивый вид, очень хороший чистый спа, отель современный, но при этом аутентичный. Завтрак неплохой, голодным точно не уйдешь

Все на отличном уровне, спасибо. Но меня конечно удивил официант, молодой парень, который сервиса не предоставил и банально заказанную бутылку вина открыл не при нас а на баре, и не разлил вино по бокалам, а в конце при оплате потребовал tips or something… Стоит заняться обучением персонала в обслуживании.
Джакузи спасибо что дров оставили, к нашему забронированному времени оно немного остыло, но я подкинул их в топку и стало супер

Spent New Year’s eve and it was amazing. Sauna & jacuzzi were really relaxing, breakfast is good, staff is helpful & nice.

The view from our balcony was amazing too 💓
