Видно и ощущается, что поместье создано качественно и с душой.
Pros:

Очень понравился отель и его расположение с красивым видом на долину и горы. Соотношение цена-качество оправдывает!
Чистый отель с концептуальным дизайном, в коридорах пахнет приятно отельным ароматом, а в номерах очень удобные кровати, смарт ТВ и отличный напор в душе!
Также, стоит отметить хорошо обученный персонал.

Cons:

-Изначально в номерах не было халатов и зубных щеток с пастой. Надо было позвонить и попросить их принести.
-Из-за того, я с супругом были единственные гости во всем поместье, ресторан работал в ограниченном виде, т.е. большинство блюд были недоступны. Пришлось заказать, то, что было из маленькой выборки.
-Музыка в бассейне была плохой. В концепцию отеля подходит более спокойный плейлист в стиле джаз, хауз, чилаут лаунж.

מקום מקסים ומתוחזק. מוזיקה רועשת
Pros:

המקום צופה על נוף מהמם,
עיצוב המלון מקסים.
רוצה להגיד שבאנו פעם שניה בשנתיים זכרנו את המקום לטובה בכל הפרמטרים.
רמת אחזקה גבוהה . מקלחת גדולה ונוחה, מסעדה מצויינת, רוצה לציין את מרגו המקסימה שנתנה לנו שירות נהדר בערב, גם שאר הצוות בערב היה מצויין.
יש מזגן שעובד, בריכה מדהימה צופה על כל הנוף המקסים. תענוג!
סאונה רטובה ויבשה.
ארוחת בוקר טובה.

Cons:

הגענו פעם שנייה והתאכזבנו וממש חבל!
המתקני ספא לא פתוחים ברצף וצריך להזמין שעות קודם, המוזיקה רועשת קצבית וממש מפריעה לשהייה ולמנוחה בחדרים בחצר המקסימה ובבריכה הבקשות לכיבוי המוזיקה נענו בשלילה.
לא נכנסו לחדר לנקות רק אחריי שביקשתי 3 פעמים הפחים היו כבר גדושים והמגבות רטובות.
במזנון הבריכה לא הסכימו לקבל מזומן, אין צל בבריכה אז אי אפשר לשבת בה במהלך היום כי הם לא מוכנים לפתוח שמשיות בגלל הרוח וגם לא בנו איזו סככה קטנה שניתן לשהות בה. הלו״ז פתיחת הבריכה במשך יומיים לא חייב והיינו צריכים לבקש שיפתחו. ובכל מקרה הפתיחה מאוחרת ואי אפשר לשחות לפניי ארוחת בוקר.
צוות ארוחת הבוקר פחות נעים. בשביל קפה אספרסו , אמריקנו והפוך צריך לשלם ויקר יחסית. בארוחת הבוקר יש חביתה דלוחה ואין אופציות נוספות לסוגי ביצים.

Etwas Gemütlichkeit an der ein oder anderen Stelle fehlte
Es ist sehr windig im Poolbereich - ein Windschutz wäre gut ( Glasscheibe?)

Amazing stay, I wish we could go back!
Pros:

Chateau Mephis Kalaki is an amazing hotel with a beautiful view. The restaurant food was very good, and we also really enjoyed the spa and pool facilities. Everything was spotless and clean, and overall the stay was very comfortable and relaxing

Cons:

We wanted to use the jacuzzi, but it was occupied for hours by guests drinking wine, which made it unavailable for other guests for a long time.
At the restaurant there were also kids playing and running around close to our table, screaming quite a lot, and it felt quite unpleasant. Unfortunately, it seemed that no one from the staff intervened or paid attention to the situation

Nice room, good views.

Cons:

They only had one red wine (one vintage) at the restaurant, and no amber wines. Couldn't offer a tasting or a some insights to their wine making process either. Most of the facility was shut for a private event and during dinner on the tarrace I was constantly filmed by a guests drone. If you're just looking for a nice room to stay this hotel is fine, if you're looking for a good georgian wine experience as I was best to go somewhere else.

Il design della struttura e le rifiniture superiore alla media degli hotel visitati in Georgia

Cons:

L’accoglienza al check-in non è stata super completa infatti, non ho capito dove fosse la palestra la zona per essere anche perché nella struttura non ci sono indicazioni almeno io non li ho viste e quindi bisogna girare un po’ a vuoto prima di trovarle

ასევე, გირჩევთ აუცილებლად გასინჯოთ მათი ღვინო, ადგილობრივი წარმოების. ❤️

არ მოწონებას არ დავარქმევდი ამ მომენტს, რჩევას უფრო ვუწოდებდი, მენიუ მომეჩვენა შედარებით მწირი, შეიძლება ცოტა გამრავალფეროვნება. თუმცა, რაც შევუკვეთეთ (წიწილა კენკრის სოუსით, ღორის მწვადი, ქაბაბი, კიტრის და პომიდვრის სალათი თხილის პესტოთი, პიცა მარგარიტა), ყველაფერი ისეთი გემრილი იყო - 10/10 შეფასება თითოეულს! 👌🏻
